Hi there, what would be the ballpark price for a 1500 sq ft full basement foundation not including excavation.

Hi Henry, the cost would be about 35-40 thousand.This includes footings, metal reinforcement, forms, concrete, labor. We also can do the full scale service which includes demo and excavation, foundation, drain and waterline connection, waterproofing, basement and garage slab, porch concrete and walkout concrete, backfilling.
