House Amperage

I am trying to determine if my house is 100 amp or 200 amp service. The main breaker consists of 2 breakers each labeled as 100 amp. Does that mean it's 100 amp service or 200 amp service? The panel has a label that states it's a 125 amp panel.

Hi Ian, If your main breaker says 100A than that means that is the available amperage at your panel. Although your enclosure is rated for 125A by what your saying which is quite common. Hope this helps.
