Need advice on mini on a too shallow slab

We have an older mini home 16 x 72 it was put on a slab, but I am pretty sure the slab is not below the frost line and our place is turning into a pretzel, ground heaving worse every year, doors and windows are suffering...what can be done?

A lot of your options would depend on the location and access to site etc.
Ultimately you would be looking at lifting or moving the mini and pouring a new footing with appropriate bearing and depth. Best thing to do would be get a number of costs/quotes from a handful of contractors.
