Rough cost for refinishing parquet flooring

I'm wondering how much it would cost approximately to have around 300 square feet of parquet sanded/refinished. A few of the pieces would need to be replaced.
I am wondering the cost for keeping the color natural/the same as well as the cost to make it darker.

I hope you love the floor. It would be cheaper to replace with prefinished and probably look better.

I agree with Rory. It won't be worth refinishing. There are minimum charges which could be as much or more than replacing the parquet floor. In the end, you will still have a parquet floor. Not really much of an upgrade.

Hi,
It will cost you $2 per sq/feet to sand and finish, $2.50 Sand, Stain and finish.
$5 per sw/f to repair.
