Hi Steve

It depends on the install itself. What is happening with these 2 tiles that need to be removed?Do you know if it has a cement backer, or foam(Kerdiboard) behind tile?

Let me know.

Gently break the tiles with a hammer then carefully remove the pieces.

Use a heavy duty, contractor knife and carefully score the grout around the affected tiles - without scratching the remaining tiles. Then break them out carefully with a hammer, try not to break the drywall or membrane behind it, as that would be a pain to remount, and then clean the area and reinstall.
