Adding a gas line for stove

Hi,

We have a gas furnace in our finished basement and we would like to add a gas line for a new gas stove. I was told that since our basement's ceiling is finished, it would be a harder job.

In general, around how much am I looking at?

Thanks,

Maria

In Victoria BC our rate is $85 per hour + Materials + Permit($98)+HST=$550-$800+

On average a range line takes 4-6 hours depending on length and difficulty.
