Cost for a basement to put my mobile home on.

I am looking for some quotes of what it would cost to put a unfinished basement in to put my 900 square foot, 40 year old mobile home on. Is there a general calculation of cost per square foot for concrete basements?

Info:

Location: Nova Scotia

Land: Vacant / almost fully cleared (will be finished being cleared before construction)

I won't move the mini home on the land till after the base is done, so won't have to work around or lift the structure. (I assumed this would make things easier)

Misc. : would prefer foundation wall that extends above ground for 2 -3 windows (location/placement is flexible) A basement entrance/exit door (location/placement of door flexible) would be nice but not necessary, dependent on cost. And stairs to main level. So I believe I would need 8 ft or 9 ft high walls.
