How much to tear out and rebuild a 370 sq. foot basement space including removing 14 sq. ft. of brickwork on the floor plus 64 sq. ft. of brick on the wall (exposed on the back as well) for a wood stove? Looking for one small cupboard to be built in as well, and the ceiling needs to be taken out and new drywall or suspended ceiling installed, and new flooring + subfloor as well. No plumbing, possibly some minimal electrical work for lighting.

Looking for a range here, since obviously there isn't enough space to go into great detail here.

You're looking at between $25-35 sqft depend on the job.

Your best bet is to have a contractor look at the job, 3 actually, that'll give you an average (or should).
