How much will it cost to demo detached garage?

Does it has drywall or wood frame from inside?

Does it has all wood frame like 2*4 or similar studs and plywood or does it's walls made of concrete?

When you want to start the work?

Total cost for safe demo would be around $1500 plus disposal fee $200. That brings your total to $1700 plus tax

The garage is brick, it has 2x4s and drywall in the inside. I Also want to remove the slab that the garage is sitting on. The slab is 10x18x3 feet. I'm sorry if I wasn't been specific before

1500 for removal and 200 disposal??, that guy works for free! It will be 3-5 days of work if done by hand by 2-3 guys and you will probably have to get a demo permit as that is common in most places. Expect at least around $3,000 + just for garage and a 20 yd bin with multiple dumps from $400+, the pad needs heavy machinery and will run from $2,000+...fastest way is a guy with a track hoe/gravel truck, he will come in and have it torn down and removed in 1 day but expect around $5,000-$7,000 & he has to definitely get a permit and meet compliance in regards to land around you. hard to say about the grade once everything ripped out/off that will be more to prep for a new surface so more $$
