Hi!

I'm looking to get a kitchen extension done. I live in a small semi detached home. I'd say the extension would be 10x10 (feet).

Good morning, could you please clarify what you are looking for ? It sounds like you are looking for an addition added to your home to expand your kitchen ?

It may be hard to attract any interest without any details.

At this point what I can point out is all electrical work must be carried out by a Licensed Electrical Contractor ONLY, those of who can get you an ESA inspection and certificate. Kitchen reno's require outlets and appliances to updated to comply with todays standards.

If anyone tells you otherwise they are working illegally. Check their ESA number and license information.
