What does it cost to move electrcal plugs and switches and deal with a hot water tank?

There would be a few questions that would need to be asked.

What type of wiring does the house have?

Where they are being moved? how far from original position?

What are we "deal"ing with for the hot water tank? rewiring? relocating?

For a standard plug or switch we would be looking at around $60 per, again depending on the situation.

This work should only be done by a qualified electrician for safety reasons. It sounds like your work would constitute a minimum charge. This would be in the range of $300.00. You may have difficulty getting an electrician to come for such a small job....not impossible though.
