What would the cost be per sq foot to finish basement?

What would the cost be to do a very high end finish on a basement with one large bedroom, has sliding doors looking out to the water with a nice sized closet. One small bedroom with closet. A storage room. A very large family room. Sub flooring. Vynil flooring above. About 25 led polishes. A nice large 3 pc bathroom with in floor heating infront of the shower, vanity and the tiolet. 48" vanity. Nice mirror and lighting.

The cost would vary from $80-$100/ sq foot. All depending on if you gave the sliding doors already in place. The ones that face the water.

A high end basement will run from $40k for a small one up to 60-70K large if done legally with permits and by a reputable General Contractor, You will most definitely get what you pay for.
