The bricks have crumbled due to weather and the home was built around 1975. Behind the bricks there is 12 inch block that the concreate stairs rests on , they seem to be fine just the brick work needs to be done. Some of the concreate also needs repair.

The outside brick work by the chimney at the bottom has been falling off for quite some time now and there is a gap where I can see the wood, on the outside wall. Every time it rains, the water gets in through that gap. I'm not sure what kind of damage there is on the inside. I would need someone to assess that and repair the brick work.
