Have a car port that has presently asphalt , I need it removed and a concrete slab to be poured and levelled.
There is easy access with a bob cat and removal of debris is to be done as well.
I need a square foot price to remove existing asphalt and the completion of the concrete.
Please provide me with your sq ft price. Job is located in Burlington
Walkway is at the front of the house leading to the front door. Had a sewer pipe repair done in August 2014, so the concrete was cut, pipe repaired, covered back with dirt, compacted and pavers placed for tenants to walk.
- Walkway is 6.6 ft x 18.5 ft
- would like the "cut area" fixed and layer of concrete to cover the gaps at the front door area.
Pictures can be sent upon request.
We have an area (10 x 10) by the BBQ that we want removed (stone, shrubs, curbing) and a 8 x 8 concrete pad installed so that we can have our hot tub installed. Can this be done now. We do not want to have to wait until spring, as for medical reasons need the hot tub installed.
We are looking to put in a walkway/stairs in the front of our house (ideally poured concrete), and a path/patio in the back (Ideally interlocking brick). If you have time for a job of this nature prior to the end of August, we would love to discuss options & pricing.
Thank you.
Looking for an estimate for the following work in a garage (18x19):
Floor:
- repair cracks in concrete floor
- paint floor with rust-oleom epoxyshield concrete floor paint (add flakes)
Walls:
- repair & patch drywall damage
- sand walls & ceiling
- paint walls & ceiling
Would like it estimate broken out for floor vs. walls in case I decide to do the floor only.
Thanks
Due to a pool installation, we had to move our hot tub. We have located a new spot for the hot tub in the corner of the lot and now need to have a new site prepared for it (poured concrete?). The hot tub is 7x7, therefore the pad will need to be at least 8x8. Looking for some feedback in terms of cost?
Thank you.
Karen
It's a bungalow house in Burlington
We have an unfinished basement.
Interior size 41'6'' x 22'11''.
We would like to remove current concrete floor and put a new one, if possible lowering it by 2 to 3 inches.
House is built in 1950s.
Note: underground plumbing will be replaced by different contractor or the same.
We are installing an on-ground pool (15' x 29') which will have a composite deck. We want a 12' x 26' cement patio between the house and the pool with 3 steps coming down from the sliding door onto the cement patio.
We would greatly appreciate a quote on a plain concrete patio as well as on a stamped concrete one. Thanks.
My Neighbor installed a stone step and a drainage pipe that is encroaching on my property. I just got my property line professionally staked out and he is refusing to remove his items.
I need a written quote to cut off 2" of the stone step shown in the picture.
I also need a separate quote to reroute the drainage pipe under the fence and on the other side of the fence post.
Comlex is 35 years old. Original slab sidewalk replaced with flag stone. There is grass on either side of the sidewalk ( want the original location...no change.) Now we would like the flagstone removed and a poured sidewalk put in it's place. We are very flaxible about when this work is done, as long as it takes place before the snow flies and once started, is completed with only weather as an interuption.
I believe the scope is very straightforward...no signifcant grading/ no steps. The sidewalk is narrower than usual to balance the size of the lot ( townhouse).
