I need concrete footings, retaining wall, drain, and steps completed for an entrance to the basement. The entrance is not a walkout but is on the side of the house leading to a landing going downstairs.
Most of the digging is done and I have the necessary permits.
As the winter looms, I need this started and finished quickly. I have pictures of the work completed so far.
1) Regarding my double garage floor, the garage door doesnt close evenly. It touches about 48 inches in the middle and there are gaps on both sides left and right (0.1 mm - 4 cm). This means the middle part is higher than both sides. Probably the middle part needs to be cut.
2) Regarding a stair, there is a crack (length - 26 inch) on a cement stair that was done October 2006 of walkway.
3) One part of shaped concrete walkway needs to be sloped. After rain there is a puddle. It was also done October 2006. Probably it requires filler under.

We are looking for a concrete finisher for a pool deck. contractor we planned to use has become unreasonably delayed and not available for three weeks, delaying our entire project.
3/4 crushed stone bed will be in place for area to be poured, we need a contractor to form and pour the pool deck (including rebar or mesh as required), approximately 325 sq ft.
Interested in either a plain grey coloured concrete or a micro exposed aggregate (Micro etch)
I have an attached garage with a concrete floor. Floor is in good condition, but original contstruction
sloped garage floor and we have water pooling problems.
Have talked to several "concrete specialists" for whom our job is too small.
They recommend building a concrete "speed bump" behind the garage door (inside the garage)
to keep the water from pooling in from under the garage door.
Also have a concrete driveway that requires cleaning and resealing and a concrete repair
on a step.
Can you help

Looking to have driveway, front door area, pathway along side of garage, and patio at rear of garage done in exposed aggregate, with stamped concrete trim. Total square feet is approximately 1740.
Due to the large square footage, your price needs to be very reasonable in order for this project to get done.
Let me know what your price is per sqft in your reply. I am ready to have this job done now!
References will be required.
Located in South Oakville. Speers / Fourth Line area.
Thanks for your interest!
Terry
I need to extend my driveway to accommodate two cars beside each other. The extension area is 17x5.5 feet. And might add front walk way with step of 18.5x3 feet if the cost is reasonable. I am willing to have the driveway in interlock stone or stamped concrete whichever will cost less.
My house is in Oakville and I am willing to get the drive way done ASAP.
Thanks
Parging is required for the above ground Foundation Wall around the house. As well, at the foot of the garage columns. Small amount of concrete breakage and repair needed too. This is a 4 bedroom house on a 50 foot lot in Oakville, Ontario. Please advise when can you visit to offer an estimate ?
- remove and dispose existing patio
- install new patio and steps leading to the driveway
- exposed concrete finish
- two levels: landing (at the front door) with two steps leading to a second landing leading to the driveway (with potential one step)
- must be willing to provide references for recent completed jobs
Additional: quote separately if we would like to have a heated patio & steps to melt-off snow
Thank you.
Our house is approximately 14 years old. The previous owners renovated the porch/walkway with a combination of interlock and flagstone; however, the walkway is now sinking. The brick around the porch is deteriorating due to water damage.
We would like to either redo the porch by either keeping the existing flagstone (if salvagable) or replacing with interlock. The walkway leading down to the driveway (all in interlock, except for the stairs which are concrete slabs) needs to be redone i.e., with either existing interlock or new, leveled, secured, etc.
Pad for gazebo 12x12, depth ? what is reco 4" 5" 6"? Currently grass. Gate access to back yard over lawn, East Oakville. Also a patio stoned area 12x20 approx could be done as well if price ok. Don't need strength of gazebo pad, so thinner? Please quote first item and both. Thanks!
Could be anytime, hope before mid-April.
We had several cracks in our concrete porch repaired through high pressure epoxy injection. This worked out for a good period of time however it is leaking again. We were told that perhaps the original repair was not done using expandable material. We also would need to put a new covering on the concrete to cover the repairs. Previously we used a product from Home Hardware to create a thin covering. We could do that again ourselves but are also open to other ideas to cover the concrete.
I have a driveway that is approximately 15 ft long and can hold 2 cars wide. I would like to see how much it would cost for a concrete driveway. I also need to have a porch built of stamped concrete. I would like it to be about 6 feet long and 4 feet wide with circular steps leading to the driveway.
