I am at the Grand River Trailer Park in Dunville, Ontario. If anyone can help me, I would certainly appreciate it as the trailer park has given me an ultimatum, either fix or get the blazes out....I am a senior and don't know where to turn for help. Trailer is 12 x40 ft, has an add-a-room on it....I am at my wits end as they want it done yesterday!!!!!

house is approx 25 years old
problem is water has been running down the side of the house due from what i can tell is a design flaw when the house was built.
water has gotten in behind the hydro meter and rotted the wood that was holding the hydro meter to the wall the water has been running down inside the wall from what i can tell for many years and has rotted out from what i can see 3 2x6's and has completely rotted out the sill plate approx 3 feet in length on one of the 2x6's there is a lot of electrical wires and phone wires running up from the electrical box in the basement going to the second floor also from what i can tell there is a section of flooring in the laundry room that has rotted out as well which could mean that some of the floor joists may be rotted as well but i can not tell at this time. siding onthe outside of the house is metal. and i also think i need to move my dryer vent as when they put it in they in my opinion put it way to close to the electrical wires (is touching) the area to be worked in there is not much room very tight due to the hydro box and wires wires are buried and you can not really get at the area from inside the house you can get at one 2x6 but the other ones i am not sure
