The sill on our exterior side door has rotted due to water leakage. The door is at least 15 yrs old and due for replacement anyway.
The caulking is old and cracked on most windows and doors, needs to be done before winter.
One section of gutter on the back of the garage is damaged, doesn't drain properly and leaks at one end, It would be approx. 20 feet in length.
We have two crank out windows in our house that are not operating properly. One window will crank out but not back in and the other will not crank out or in. I am assuming it is just the window mechanism that would need to be fixed/replaced.
Our house was built in 2002, so the windows are fairly new.
Our house is currently on the market to sell and we are looking for a quote to fix them.
We live in Guelph, ON and are hoping someone close to Guelph would be able to help us out.
I'm looking for a quote to install a standard doorway from my front hallway to the garage. I'm not completely sure of what items lie behind the drywall. I still haven't purchased a door and I am open to going forward with a narrow door if required, I have been in other homes in my neighbourhood with normal sized doors in the same location. The townhouse is approximately 20 years old located near College ave and Janefield in Guelph.
I would require complete finishing of trim and drywall after the door has been installed. I have no strict timeline in mind.
Hi, Looking for a quote to install a doorway in a brick wall. Large enough for a standard sliding glass door (approx 6ft wide x 6 1/2ft high?). Electrical wire will have to be brought up around the door. This door will be going out to a 12ft drop. Installing the doorway before the balcony. I only want the doorway created, the sliding glass door installed properly with insulation and the outside trim installed around the door. I don't want the interior trim done. I am flexible with installation time. It can be done anytime between today and the end of June. Thanks.
I would like a new window installed on the main floor. The exterior of the house on the main floor is brick. There is no existing window in this spot. The window would be approx 60 x 50". I would also like 2 windows replaced on the same floor. Both windows are approx 50 x 50". All windows are to be vinyl sliding windows.
I need 2 French doors installed. They are interior doors separating the hall from the living area. I have the doors and the framing. The opening is shorter than the doors. The doors are 24" and have to be cut to the opening. The opening has only the framing to attach, nothing else. I need a quote just for the framing and hanging of the doors-no trim, no staining, nothing else.
i have a large window in my stairway that needs replacing. it's a fixed winder approx. 2.5ft wide and 6ft high. it currently has a wood frame that i repaint every year and don't want to do that anymore. I would like it if the bottom part of the window could open to let air in. The house is 20 years old and the window lets cold air in the house in the winter.
Looking to have 6 new windows installed
Window sizes are roughly 35x56. 3 of them
And 36x31 for 2 of them
And the last one is 53x34
Looking for installation price and also a price on windows I have found some windows I can get all 6 for $1100 but would need installed
However if you have window pricing as well that would be great as I may save myself the hassles of going and picking up the windows
