I am a personal trainer and have property that my house is on that is 75ft x200ft. I would like to build a garage that is insulated, heated and has air conditioned that will function as a gym on my property. I would like it to be roughly 18ftx20ft (or so) with a garage door and windows on each side and hydro. I am looking at vinyl siding and a 4inch cement pad to be poured. Any help would be appreciated!
Want to build a car port attached to the house starting midway down the house and extending apprx 15 feet past the house. I have a 46 year old brick bungalow. I Dont think I will be able to follow the roof line of the house. Driveway needs to be done at a later date. I would like to have the frame built on a cement or block foundation to come up a foot or two above ground level and then build the car port on top of that.
I am looking to get a carport attached to the side of my house. Not sure if i want it to be from the existing roofline, or attached to the vertical wall of the house and just below the soffit. The rear of the carport is where the existing fence to the backyard is, the front would be open. I would like the option of closing in the side, depending on cost.
Just looking to have a garage built for my son in Hamilton (woodward & rennie). I have no idea as to pricing. Minimum 2 car requirements; electrical, concrete floor, studs and pitched roof vs heated insulated and block walls...lot is 30 ft wide. Can this be done before Oct.2017?
I am looking to get a 14ft x 30ft long garage, with the following: 9ft wide garage door, 1 out-swinging side door c/w security hinges, 1 or 2 windows, roofing to be shingles or steel, siding to match (almond board and batten) or compliment house, electrical rough-in, concrete pad floor.
I need to demolish a current old garage and build a new one. I have the Motor and the garage door but need everything else.
Length and width is 16'x24'. 2x6 framing throughout. 8' height and the roof ends at 12'.
Please advise pricing and timing for project. Will reuse existing foundation.
I am looking for a contractor to build a L shaped garage that I have started constructing. The site is excavated and most of the gravel is in. I need one more full load of gravel after forming is put in for concrete floor. The drawing have passed at the city and I have a permit out in my name. I have truss specs as well. I would like to work with someone to help finish this project for next year hopefully starting in the spring.
We own home in Hamilton and have wooden garage that Is in rough shape. We want to have it taken down and new garage built. We are looking to get estimate. We are both off tomorrow(Friday ) and are wondering if anyone could come to take a look. My phone is American area code. Please call.
I am looking to get a garage constructed. Not attached to the house. Will need a cement platform/slab constructed and a single car garage built. Wood construction with vinyl siding. I am the owner of the property.
Aprox measurement of garage to be 12' x 20'
I need a ballpark figure for financing purposes.
I am looking to have a garage built in my back yard. We have an alley-way entrance and a fence but it's a big pain in the but to dig out the cars. We need a 2 car garage. The area is pretty level as it is, but we are planning to dig up the entire yard and pave it so the paving will already be done. It doesn't matter if it has one or two garage doors (whatever is cheaper) but it will need a person door at the back of the garage so we don't have to walk around it. The size would be approx 20 feet wide x 15 feet long...height doesn't really matter as long as the cars will fit. Please contact me if you need to take a look in order to quote.
I am looking for a quote on constructing a garage or storage area for my boat (17ft), bbq, snow blower, lawnmower etc. I am undecided if I want this to be wood or metal construction or even insulated. My concern is just protective storage from the elements (snow, rain, ice, etc.) I want a main entrance and a side door entrance. This structure will be in my backyard, currently backyard just has grass.

Purchased home, will require construction of garage or carport + shed BEFORE WINTER.
Will require some light removal of existing concrete and perhaps a small tree.
Need assistance determining what option is best considering lot size and configuration.
Budget is $12,000 for garage, including foundation. Less for carport, but i require quote and advice. Having drive repaved ASAP (4-6 weeks) and need to determine solution before.
See pictures below. Do not wish to remove existing shed. Would like to put garage in front of shed and possible accomodate the existing shed as a workshop, accessed by door, behind the garage.
However, if removing the shed will accomodate larger garage at very reasonable cost i will seriously consider.
Alternative is to pave drive all the way to the rear, at shed, and to erect a carport, approx 24' to 30' long up to side of home. Additional shed would be added, likely a pre-fab for simplicity.

I am looking to get a Detached Car Garage constructed.
- Need a cement platform/slab constructed and a single car garage.
- Wood construction with vinyl siding.
- Garage size 14' x 20'
- Require an estimated amt for the project as well as timeline.
I am flipping the house so i have a thin budget.
I have a very large older 2 story concrete block garage. The roof is caving and bowing the walls. The garage has 120 amp service and a wood stove, I believe it needs to come down and another rebuilt. Im not sure where to start or with which type of contractor. I am open to suggestions on which type of garage would best suit my needs and with what type of materials. Ideally, I would like another two story concrete block garage built but am not set on that plan. This is a project i would like to start asap.
