I have three houses which need new roofs.
One is our home, a three story 1916 house . It has a two-sided hip roof with flat ends, and two small shed dormers. Attached is a small 1980s rear addition with a hip roof, and the original side porch (now closed in) with a three-sided hip hoof.
The other two houses are in Hamilton. They are three story 1890 Victorian homes, each with a peaked front dormer and a shed side dormer. The roofs are steep.
Hello,
We just had our eavestroughs cleaned and the gentleman let us know that there were two holes in the soffit in separate places. He suggested we look at getting them patched. The eavestroughs themselves are clean and good to go - just looking for patch work on the holes.
Thank you!
I am about to purchase a house but am concerned with one section of the roof that seems to angle in toward the house, creating a V where there likely shouldn't be one. Before I buy, I need to know if it will require fixing or if it is structurally sound.
Would REALLY appreciate it to be done by Monday, February 3rd as I have to have all my conditions waived by the next day.
