Hi there folks!
My name is Ryan. I have already posted on this site about some excavation and hauling that is needed for a build in Mississauga. If you are interested in that project it is still open for bidding, but next in the process is the foundation work that needs to happen. We will need a Concrete Forming contractor who has access to concrete.
Keep in mind, lovely humans, we are trying to keep our costs down in order to be able to build more homes. However, we have enormous resources that can promote our beloved partners. The more money your quote saves us the more access to our promotional services and the many other benefits we can provide you.
Thank you.
Good Day,
I am currently building a porch and need a concrete contractor to pour footings, ICF walls and ceiling (aprox. 15 cubic meters of Type 10 normal portland cement with fibers added, 20mpa with 5" slump).
This has to be done ASAP, please only contractors who can schedule us in this week.
Thank you
CONCRETE AND DRAIN WORK:
Concrete basement slab, Garage slab, front porch, walkout basement, and drain work including storm water tank.
Please don't introduce yourself, no irrelevant texting, everything is clearly mentioned in the drawings.
Please send me an estimate, site pictures are also attached.
I'm looking to cut an opening in cinder block wall, add lintels and reface the cut edges.
6ft W x 8ft H to allow a pump truck and pallet to pass through.
It's an industrial unit (Tomken and Derry) with minor electrical work to be relocated. Call me for more details and images.
The front of my rental property house cement stairs and railing need to be either repaired or re done, depending on what is deemed more necessary. The bottom attached to the drive way is crumbling a bit. Driveway has just been done in summer 2011. Stairs now need to be done as well. if it can be salvaged, that would be great, not sure if there is some sort of patch work that can be done. otherwise, I would like a quote on complete tear down and rebuild.
The job is to paint my garage floor ( 16' by 20' ) with high quality epoxy paint with an effective anti-slip finish. Please provide me with (1) a cost estimate and (2) the brand of epoxy paint that you recommend and (3) the anti-slip finish that you would recommend. Please advise how many days that it would take to complete and how long before it can be parked on. Current garage floor is concrete, with some cracks and uneven spots and no oil spills. I would like the job done in late October/early November, if this is not too late in the year for the epoxy to harden.
the driveway has been widened to fit 3 cars, with the extended area built of flagstones, also stairs were widened and a large step was created, the side from the access to the basement was done concrete (not patterned) till the door of the backyard.
what I need done, remove the flagstones, remove the two sides made from concrete, remove the asphalt of the driveway and replace all with patterned concrete. the stairs and the side can be topped up with the final cote of 2 inches or so of patterned concrete, that will save on concrete and work. also extend the concrete to the backyard and create a patio with simple round corners. add two rounds for trees in the front yard and 10*8 foot slap for a future shed.
please provide a total cost..picture 2 shows the completed work in the following pictures.
Hi there,
I need 4- 6x6 12' posts set in cement, 4 foot holes.
Please provide a quote for the work. I can provide the material. If you can get a good deal on material however, including the cement, please let me know. You would provide the machinery to do the job, including the auger.
Looking to have it done next week, between the days of Monday May 11 - Wednesday May 13.
Thanks.
We have acquired an industrial property and will need existing machine base pits of approximatly 6" depth to be filled and the top surface to be smoothed out to match existing floor elevation. Approximatly 3 to 4 pits to be filled and additional misc. drill holes to be properly sealed.
We are looking to repair the floor prior to our move in.
New construction of a religious / funeral development in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 21,203-square-foot, two-story above grade religious / funeral development. Construction of a mosque.
TIMELINE: General Contractor is SEEKING the following trades: Pre-cast Concrete; Steel Structure, Site Services/Utility Service Connections; Elevator
Construction is expected to begin March 2020. Targeted completion is March 25, 2022.
I have a concrete stair to patio that is crumbling. I would like to have it repaired or replaced with two stairs as it is quite high. Also I would like to get my concrete patio updated. If the budget allows, may be replace it with a slated stamped concrete. The size of patio is approx. 16x16 ft. I would like it expanded too, but that depends on the cost and possibility.
Patterned concrete walkway has sunk 3" on the outer part of the walkway (right side) where it meets the porch of the house. The styrofoam is now exposed on the right side (where the walkway meets the porch), and is more noticeable because the dark concrete face of the step emphasizes the gap. Otherwise, because of the overall width of the walkway, the slope isn't severe or noticeable.
Patterned concrete of the walkway includes a step up, and was also applied to the porch (the second step). As you can see in the pictures, the gap is now noticeable.
I need someone capable of filling the gap, and parging the face of the porch. I could get it lifted, but it seems to be a lot of effort and expense compared to just parging the face of the step.
We would like a quote to replace the concrete at two Hois's in the service centre. Please find attached sketches of the required scope of work. If your company is interested in quoting on this service, please forward your pricing to our attention
You will require references, Insurance and WSIB -- ONLINE QUOTES ONLY PLS

The pre-cast concrete steps at our home have sunk. We are looking either to repair by lifting them and repairing the railings, etc. or looking for a mid-priced renovation solution. We have a paving stone walkway leading to the steps that we would ideally like to keep.
Looking for estimates / proposals.

I am looking to have concrete steps built from the inside of the garage leading to the basement. The stairway would be at the back of a 2 car garage and it would lead into the cold cellar. A doorway would need to be cut out into the cold cellar as an entrance (no door will be necessary as the door from the basement level to the cold cellar would be used as an entrance door). Above the cold cellar is a small porch so the door way would have to be supported properly.
Would like quotes on 4 car stamped concrete driveway, front entrance staircase and sides of house. Backyard has patio/flag stones with weeds growing through - would like stones removed, lay down weed protection fabric, screening and then relay patio/flag stones. Previous owner just layed stones on mud.
