Need electrical upgraded and checked maybe some plumbing, bathroom Reno and some built ins in living room added. All main floor then painted and possibly hardwood redone or new flooring. Light fixtures added to three bedrooms as well. And I will probably think of a few more things by the time someone comes.
We are looking for help with installing a shower base. The washroom has been stripped to the studs and sub-floor. The work would only consist of installing the base and setting up the drain/plumbing. Plumbing is accessible under the floor. Please let me know if you can provide a ballpark estimate from this information. Otherwise, I can provide more details if required. Thanks.
Hi there,
Looking to have my master bathroom renovated. In the Grandview St. north and Beatrice St. east area of Oshawa.
We have a large corner bathtub that we would like removed and replaced with a large walk-in shower. There are two large windows in the bathroom, one of which we would like taken out. We also would like the washer and dryer put in the master bathroom (to make more space in our mud room).
So maybe possible that some space from our master bedroom be taken for the bathroom floor plan.
I recently purchased a home and have a few renovation projects I would like to complete.
Flooring: The house is approximately 1750 sq. ft. but that includes stair, kitchen and multiple baths and a foyer area. I am looking to remove the carpet and lay laminate. I am looking for a quote for the cost of the removal and install.
Bathroom: There is a basement bathroom rough in that has plumbing stacks and supply to the room, electrical and HVAC finished. The bathroom needs, drywall, ceiling, flooring as well as sink, toilet and shower installed.
Garage Door to House: Wall is likely load bearing. Location is negotiable along the wall and would require stairs in the garage area.
I am available
I have a neo angle shower that I want removed and replaced with a new one.... I have just bought a 21 year old townhome/condo and would like to build a powder room on the main floor. There is a unneeded closet and small hallway for space. The room would be next to kitchen and is almost directly under full bath upstairs and powder room in basement. I am interested in speed of execution but do not want to trade off speed for quality. I do not have pictures but can get them if required.
Currently we have a power room and laundry room separated by a wall. Our plans is to remove the wall and construct new standing shower to extend the powder room into a new washroom. So, after completing this, we will new full washroom instead of a powder room and a smaller laundry room instead of a bigger one.
Would like to have main-floor powder room renovated - new toilet, vanity, tile floor, and paint. Current vanity is built in from wall to wall, and current toilet recently broke. Room in about 32" x 8', vanity at one end and toilet at the other with door about mid-point in the wall.
Not looking to make it super-fancy but would like it to look nice. House about 35 years old, bathroom is original.

Thank you for your kind time and consideration.

I have a corner shower that i want to replace..... Currently have a acrylic base and wall with glass doors, and would like to replace this with tile on floor and wall, install new glass doors, and install new shower head. I live near taunton and harmony is Oshawa.... My house is 8 years old
The ensuite shower requires re-tiling. This could include replacement of the drywall (not sure what the name) type material on which the iles are placed. The plan is to use 12X24 tiles on wall and ceiling and 2X2 tiles on the floor. There are 3 walls about 9ft hogh and the base is about 3.5ft by 3.5ft. There is also a small area arounf the door to the shower.
We have a shower stall with recurring mold on the grout. The shower stall is approximately 6'X4'X9'. We have been told that this will require removing the tile and drywall then replacing with waterproof backing and new tile. The shower has a what appears to be a fiberglass floor pan. We are looking for a contractor to advise the scope of the work and a quote.
I would like to have my old vanity and toilet in my powder room removed and a new vanity and toilet installed. I would purchased both the toilet and vanity in advance. I also have 148 square feet of old tile to be removed from a concrete floor (basement level) and would like new tile to be installed.
Hi,
I have a small condo sized 3 piece bathroom and 2 piece (powder room) that needs to be renovated but have a tight timeline. We purchased a townhome property and I would need the work to start around mid September (no earlier than Sept.15, 2017).
If I can supply all the materials and finishes (tiles, cement boards, bathtub faucets and shower fixtures, toilet and vanity), I would need a quote for labour only which includes demolition and disposal of the old bathroom.
Please let me know if you are available or need any additional information.
Thank you kindly.
Christina

I have a dripping tap in my shower & have had the washers replaced on it a few times but it keeps dripping & is getting worse. I have been told the taps are old but cannot be replaced without tearing down the tile in behind them. I am wondering if the tub/shower, taps & walls should be replaced or if it can be just fixed. I would like a quote & some options to choose from.
I need a very small bathroom (less than 25 square feet) to be built from "scratch" on main floor of older home. To consist of toilet, small washbowl and shower without walls (i.e., wet room). Would prefer contractor with experience building wet rooms or someone interested in developing these skills and techniques.

We are looking to take out our bathtub and have a walk in shower built/tiled and also to tile the whole bathroom floor.
The bathroom is approx.48 sq feet (the main part is approx. 35 sq feet and the tub alcove is standard 5 foot tub which takes up approx 12.5 sq feet.)
We would love to have a quote/estimate of the cost we are looking at, so we can start planning.
Please do not quote complete bathroom reno. We do not require a complete reno. We only want quotes for building a new walk in shower and tiling.
