2100 sq foot home, 4 bedrooms, all brick exterior, 30 yr old home. Home renovation done many years ago but poor workmanship. Just want the basics fixed up at minimal cost to put the house on sale. House needs painting, one room in basement wallpapered black, needs to be torn down. Shower in basement, moldy and leaking, either to be fixed, turned into a closet or block off, whichever is best for selling.
I have an Ikea bed, single, has storage drawer on the bottom the same size as the bed. It is made of pressboard/chipboard. The support for the mattress is 2 metal brackets on either side of the bed, along the length of the bed - held on by screws. The mattress is laid on top of wooden slats which are 90 degrees to the metal brackets.
Due to the weight on the mattress, the screws holding the brackets have come loose and torn away the pressboard around it, so that the slats and mattress fall into the drawer below. I'm looking for someone who can fix this bed economically and permanently without affecting the ability to slide open the drawer below.
Would prefer weekends as I'm working. Please provide estimate.
Thank you.
PS. Don't want to buy another bed as it matches another one in the same room. If estimate is reasonable, would include strengthening the other bed.
I have two shelves that we require to be put up in our small walk-in closet. We've already purchased the shelving. The initial wall is a drywall but just behind that is a concrete wall. I've drilled through the drywall but I fear putting in a bunch of holes and not doing the correct or most efficient job of putting the shelves up. I just want this done right.

We had to remove plaster crown molding in our dining room because of the original wall being removed when we added a second storey to our bungalow a few months ago. Now that it's removed there is a deep groove that needs to be filled. I know I wouldn't do the wall justice and am looking for a handyman to do this.
