The project is remodeling the master bathroom in a condo. Plan is to take out the existing bath tub and place a whirlpool bath tub and remove the existing titles and replace with natural stone. Than up date the counter top on the vanity by replacing it with granite and placing new sinks that would sit ontop of the counter. The last update would be simply the faucets on the tub and sinks. Our main concern is that we dont want something that looks common, we want to have a unique design but not at a high price.

Hi, I am looking for a roofing contractor and someone to do 2 bathrooms in an old house I am buying. If you can do them both that would be great. I would like a chance to talk more through a phone call so if you are interested in this project please email me with your phone number and I will call you.
We are building a new bathroom in our house. All elements are new and have to be put in, including tiles, decorative wood panneling around the walls, sink, tub, toilet, and plumbing. A vent and a stack for the toilet will have to be built. The new bathroom will be 7.5' X 6', the ceiling is 9' tall. The tiles, the sink, the toilet and the tub have already been chosen, but waiting to consult with contractor before ordering. The house was built in 1946.
We need the job done asap. Thank you for quoting.
Hello,
I would like to replace the bathtub, washbasin and toilet without replacing the floor or other flagstone. The new sanitary elements should fit into the exsisting flagstone with less modification of the flagstone.
The house was built in 1947. The bath has probably no previous renovations.
The renovation should take place after the 1st of April and before the 19th of April. I won't have access to the house before the 29th of March. It should be in the lower part of the price range.
Looking forward to see your offer or to schedule an appointment for a closer look on the 29th or 30th of March after 6.00 pm or early in the moring on friday!
Regard,
Hayo Parduhn
I have a third floor apt in Montreal on Champlain south of sherbrooke. There have been extensive renovations done over the last five years but I have a few more things to do. I need to replace the toilet and the floor tile. I would also like to add some wall tile by the shower. The floor is partly raised tile and partly wood. So it would involve demo of the raised tile floor and putting down new sub-floor throughout. I would also like to have a wood cabinet pulled out - just replaced with floor and something to cover the low pipes. The floor space of the bathroom is about 85 sq feet.
I would like this work to be done in April 2011.
Convert laundry room to powder room - install toilet washbasin and stackable washer dryer - move electrical panel, alarm brain and move electrical outlet to mid wall from floor position.
Install large shower in bathroom, connect shower fan and light and move hot-tub controls to accommodate location of new shower.
Looking for rough estimate of cost - work has to done by licensed plumber and electrician
Hi,

Looking for someone ASAP who is registered as RBQ
1962 semi detached house, downstairs basement needs to be redone from top to bottom, including divisions, plumbing, electricity and so on. All we have right now is cement walls and opened ceiling and cement floor.
We will be installing a french drain with membrane. We are not looking at a DOnald Trump basement, but a modern and functional one, with a bathroom.
family room : 26.8*16
office : 10*10
laundry room: 18.8*11.10
house dimensions is 30*44.
the basement is pretty much opened up and ready to be rebuilt. The floor is cement, the ceiling is opened and the walls are opened.
Like i said we don't want to get exaggerated prices, we need a basement with a full bathroom and so on.
I have a bathtub with three walls. The walls have humidity inside of them. I would like the bathtub changed as well as the three walls. Or, have a bath tub liner placed over the existing old bathtub. I really want to do the whole bathroom, but want to do it in stages, to make sure the work being done is high quality. Bathtub is 58 inches by 30 inches.
Remove a bath/steamshower unit (see photo). Install a single stall shower. Repair and tile a small section of floor (approx. 4’x3’) that was under the bath unit. Close an opening in the wall (approx.. 4’x7’) that was behind the bath unit. Unless contractor has access to a good deal on materials for the shower, I can purchase these. I will also paint the repaired wall.

In one of the bathrooms, the fan (or the fan's control) doesn't work.
When the fan is switched on, a loud buzzing noise is heard from the fan's control switch, and the fan stays off.
The fan is around 7" x 9" (not exact), but I believe the problem is with the connection and not the fan itself.
I am a tenant of the property, and the landlord requested a quote of the repair cost before I can proceed with the repairs.
I am just having the electric heated wire installed in the 10 * 10 Bathroom space. Following the installation of the wire, I need someone to install the SLC and the Shower kit. I am in the Verdun area.
You must have enperience at one of these installations.
1) Self leveling Compound
2) Schluter Shower Kit
My shower door does not close properly. The shower curb seems to be higher than it should be, blocking the door as it closes. Please see photos attached for demonstration. It was also brought to my attention that the some material is missing under the tile. It is just wood that may be exposed to moisture. I'd like to have the curb readjusted so that the door will close.
Thank you.
I own a property renovated in 2015, in downtown Montreal.
The main shower is 34x34, with some tiles on the walls. The sealing between the shower stall is leaking. Water has been accumulating under the cabin.
My main goal is to get a new good quality shower installed to avoid new water damage. So my priority is something with great sealing.
There is an extra 2' available between the cabin and the door, so I am thinking about installing a 36x36 instead.
I would like to have a quote with the different step of the installation.
Recommendations for a good shower cabin/door. If the tiles on the walls need to be removed or not.
Please see the attached pictures.
