Looking for a hardwood installer (install only) for approximately 1100 sq. ft. in Calgary - - - It is engineered maple, supply is already on the premises. Underlay is also onsite - the current floors have had tile removed, and there is still some thinset that may need to be removed (we can do this ourselves if it's a big add on expense). There is also a section (about 2ft X 2ft) that would need to be leveled.
I have about 200 sq ft leaving room that I need oak hardwood installed on. The installation must get done in two weeks. I currently have carpet on that space. I live in Calgary NW. If you are available to do the work please give me a quote for both with the carpet removal and without the carpet removal.
Thanks.

We are looking to get hardwoood (engineered) installed on approx 1000 sq ft in our house in NE Calgary. The ground floor contains lino, and hardwood. Upstairs includes bonus room and the lobby area.

I looking for a price estimate for having laminate flooring installed in the upper stairwell of my two storey house. The stairwell is 40" wide with 14 stairs, and is currently carpeted.
I would also welcome advice for how to estimate the required square footage of laminate - with the risers also needing laminate, do I just double the square footage of the step surface area?
Thanks for your help.
Install laminate on stairs. 13 treads. Cut stairs nose (maybe) for laminate installation. install laminate on internal skirt board. Install molding on top of skirt board. install laminate on small part(2x2ft) on external side on stairs. install laminate on steps. install nosing. I have laminate, molding and nosing.
Please send how much and when you can do it.
Thanks
704 sq feet in an empty 3rd floor condo in Marda Loop, SW. I am the property owner, and would like laminate flooring installed in the entire condo.
It's a large 1999 condo building. No previous renovations. No concerns.
I also want to install new baseboards and paint at the same time, so that work would be available if you were interested.
We want to have laminate hardwood flooring installed in a third floor apartment condo(about 800 sq, feet of flooring). Presently the floors are covered by lino(kitchen), laminate hardwood(l.room),tile(doorway), & carpet (bedroom & den). We need to pull these up(not including the lino in kitchen) & remove baseboards. We need the installation of floor (with a sound barrier) & new baseboards(we will purchase & paint the new baseboards ourselves). The condo is presently vacant & is 10 years old. An online estimate would be appreciated. If the estimate is acceptable we would then need a more accurate quote onsite. Thank you.
Wall painting: 1600 square feet two story split with 700 square feet basement.
Carpet removal: Main floor 700 square feet, 2nd floor 600 square feet
New laminate floor installation: total 1300 square feet
Cabinet painting: including kitchen cabinet and bathroom cabinet (2 full and one half bathroom)
Id like a quote on the cost of installing hardwood on my main floor . It is mostly lino with the great room carpeted.
as well I would like to paint the main floor (900 sq ft) which includes a two storey foyer and the stairwell.
I would like to replace out the current kitchen cabinets(oak) and redo the countertops in granite or something similar. My house was built 12 years years ago and everything is original.
The place is an older (1981) concrete built condo, 1200sq ft total floor space. I would like to remove all the old cabinetry and about 700sq ft of flooring, then install new engineered hardwood, install 13ft 2in of cabinetry along the back wall of the kitchen, and about a 6 ft island. Would want to run electrical to the island for a cooktop if possible, though not sure how this works with the concrete floors.
This site is a townhouse in bridlewood. The downstairs in all hardwood, but upstairs in berber carpet that we would like removed and replace with laminant flooring. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, a hallway and stairs (about 15 stairs). I am not sure of the square footage, but the whole place is 1600 square feet, so I am guessing about 800. We need a contractor that can do the work in the first week of October.
Hello,
I have a 3 storey, 2400 sf single family home built in 1983 in Edgemont. There are 2 full sets of stairs and another section with 3 stairs.
I'm interested in getting laminate flooring installed, I just need the labor to do it. For the 3 full washrooms, I will need ground tile installed.
I plan to buy the materials myself (unless there is a discount in buying the product and getting the installation from you).
I plan to rip the existing carpet out. There is laminate in the kitchen and washrooms.
1. Please give me an estimate
2. When are you booking for?
3. How long do you think it will take?
Please leave me with any other information I would need to know to get the job started or any on-going needs I should be aware of.
Thanks.
Felix
We would like to replace the carpet upstairs with laminate in 3 bedrooms and a small hallway, roughly 700 sq ft. We would like to complete the project as soon as possible. Due to air quality concerns for my young children I am interested in options without adhesives or with low VOC alternatives.
We have approximately 650 sq ft of laminate to install, including living room, dining room, kitchen with island and hallway. Tile to be installed to entryway and small bathroom. We will remove old carpet and baseboards. If you can give me a ballpark figure and an idea of a time line and how soon you could do this, I would appreciate it. We are capable of doing the work ourselves, but have a bit of a time constraint. Would like it done as soon as possible and quick as possible.
Looking for experienced floor installer to remove carpeting and ceramic tile and install laminate floor and underlay. Am purchasing flooring and underlay from Home Depot. This is for a 600 square foot space. The ceramic tile is in a small kitchen area (I understand this is NOT fun to remove....) about 10 square feet in size. This is for a second-floor condo in building built in 1977. Laminate flooring goes in bedroom, storage room, kitchen and living room and all closets.

Dear Sir / Ma'am,
I am trying to get an estimate for for my little project, which includes a living room that is (around 500 ') + stairs leading to the living room to laminate floors.
Another price of the project is to rip out an old fire place (wood old fashion style) and replace it with a gas fireplace (if you do such a project at all), please advise.
I am trying to get to a figure of how much would you charge per sqf, or per the whole project, how can we book an appointment for one of your specialists to come over and give us an estimate.
