I need a few things done. First A jacuzzi tub will be installed in the master ensuite. Some cabinetry work may be required as vanity shelf currently extends over intended tub location. Also, in the living room I would like to extnd the hardwood that is currently in the kitchen. Approx 14'x19'. The carpet that is torn up, I would like installed on the stairs to the basement. The basement was developed by the former owner and is in need of some small repairs as well. I take posession in the last week of August and would like all work completed in 7 days or less if possible.
We want to install 13x13 tiles in our front foyer, on top of lino already in place. Home is 9 years old, and has builder spec lino and carpet thru out. We also want to install laminate in kitchen, living room and dining room. Currently have lino in kitchen, and carpet thru out rest. Will need carpet removed, and subfloor installed to match height of kitchen subfloor.
Carpet removal in three rooms. Under the carpet is old linoleum tile flooring. I want it covered with new sheet goods that I have already purchased with the necessary transition strips put in place. I also have stairs with a landing that are covered in sheet goods (older). I want the new sheet goods installed over top of the existing lino with the correct nosing put in place. What is the price per square foot?
