Front porch post cladding is warping/rotting in various areas. Looking to strip off the existing cladding and reclad with a simpler design (not looking to replicate what was there as water drainage was poor).
Pony wall at back needs attention as well.
Existing wood railings would need removal and disposal. Option to subcontract a picket aluminum railing once the post work is complete.
Would prefer a durable material since the corners are so exposed to the elements. Option to quote hardie board, assuming you have experience installing.
We are the property owners.
We are looking to replace out staircase railings with something more modern. This is just the original 1984 railing which was raw wood that we painted 10 years ago.
We are thinking of black metal, wood, defiantly more modern.
I can do removal if it makes for a quicker job for install only.
The total for the railings is 24 linear feet total.
Throw your ideas at me.
My friends are tearing down their house and said I could have their crown moulding and baseboards.
I have a 700 sq ft one bedroom condo.
I am looking for the most affordable and reliable company to remove the mouldings and baseboards from the old house (not all just what I need) and install in my small condo. This also may include two doors and three door frames.
If this is not a suitabe project for your company but you know of someone who is, please advise.
