I need to have concrete placed in the repaired area if my pool leak. In the photos, the area is a strip under the deck chairs and to the garden soil area. This is the most important of the projects. I would also like quotes on placing concrete to the fence area on either side of the pool shed, except the area where there is the lilac tree and some plants.
Hello,
I would like to put in a 13x14 foot concrete or stone patio in the backyard. The yard has a slight upward slope so it might require a couple of stairs or may need to be dug into the yard. There is access from the side of the house but there are a few stairs (both up and down) to the back yard from the front of the house.
Our maximum budget is $3000 including all taxes (cash price). We live in Coquitlam (Burke Mountain) so please let me know if you're able to come to give a quote and give ideas.
Thanks,
Anurita
I need a 8x9 concrete pad poured for a future hot tub location.
I'm located in Coquitlam. the spot I need poured is beside beside the driveway.
i've attached a picture of the location. it currently has paver bricks sitting on top of dirt. i would want that area paved.
please reply with a estimate.
We have a 16x32 foot area against the backyard retaining wall, there is a 2-foot retaining wall on the front and a side of this rectangular area already. The one side is open, and we would like to add a couple of steps here and flatten out the area in concrete or we are considering wood decking which ever is cheaper to make a patio area.
Looking to extend my existing patio which is exposed aggregate. Looking to extend 13’ x 4 1/2’ on one side (towards fence), and 9’ x 2’ on the other side. Would prefer poured concrete solution that ties into current slab versus paver options. Please see attached photos of current patio. Have already received approval from strata for alteration and am looking for work to be completed ASAP.
Hello,
I'd like to have a foundation built for a 10 ft by 4 ft shed. It could be poured concrete or pavers based on your recommendation.
Also interested in replacing 2 gravel paths with pavers to make a nice walkway, they need to be car friendly to resist parked cars on top.
Please contact me at your earliest convenience.
Remove and replace garage floor. Install rebar attaching north wall to south wall - a 20 foot span. !) Remove existing concrete floor which is 20' by 20' and 4 inches thick. No rebar in it. 2) Install rebar on 16 inch centres attaching north and south wall. Attachment by way of drilling and use of epoxy. 3) Pour and finish new garage floor. Garage has easy access and level driveway. Job is ready to go now and can be started immediately. Please respond by email or phone as soon as possible. Thank you.
added:
1. talked to Coquitlam city and heard a contractor need to go to city and get permit
2. put a drain hole at the bottom
3. no need to remove the existing concrete around the pool
4. fill the pool (or build a structure inside the pool) and cover with concrete. surface of the concrete cover needs to be ~1 inch lower than the existing concrete around the pool
5. as described in the attached drawing (PDF), make 6 holes for posting
6. make additional 5 holes (4.5" diameter)
7. remove ladder rail and spring board of the pool and finish the surface
I want to fill outdoor pool and cover with concrete to convert it to putting green (plastic green)
pool size: 17' X 34'
added photos.
No need to remove concrete around the pool. I just need to fill and cover with concrete flat about an inch lower than the surrounding existing concrete so that later I can put a layer on top of it to make a mini golf ground.
Thanks
I am looking to expand the existing patio, made of 16 x 16 concrete pavers at my town house. I have approval from the strata to do the project and am looking to get an estimate on the cost of the project. I will be adding 3 x 9 more concrete blocks to expand the current space. it will require the existing grass to be dug out and proper drainage to be ensured once the new blocks are added.
