We had to have our kitchen and small room swapped in older building. Stefans made it look so easy. The work was very professional and in a timely manner a lot of pipes and electricity had to be moved walls taken down floors changed . The final project was perfect. Stefan has the right knowledge to do all types of renovations from what we saw. We don't have anything negative to say always were able to reach him.

Trustworthy and involved in every detail, professional team, skilled, clean, very organized, willing to give advice, references both local and nation wide, innovative and old school person to person communication on a regular basis, stay into budget, clearly they have the experience and the time to make the projects on time and manner.

Stefan quoted us a price and stayed within budget. I felt I could trust his word and knowledge of the building codes. He let me know what I could do to keep my costs low which I appreciated. I only gave him an average for timeliness, because he had to leave due to a family emergency, but he did complete everything eventually and was very apologetic.

I recently hired Stefan @ All Construction & Renovations to renovate a 5X8 bathroom downstairs in my tenant’s suite. To keep costs down, I removed everything myself and had All Construction give me a quote on labour to give me a new bathroom. Everything worked out excellent. As per our agreement; I provided bathroom gear (tub, toilet, vanity, tiles, ect.) then Stefan and his team got to work. I also needed mold removal which they treated skillfully before starting any renovations. I am completely satisfied with the end result and would definitely recommend All Construction & Renovations.
