Andy Michaud Contracting

I met Andy in May he and his crew did multiple jobs for me. Andy communicates great you can text or call any time. He started with removing an awning so my windows could be replaced from Canadian Windows and doors.

Then he came and had 4 guys move a shed from one end of my property to another.

After a big rain storm I was so pleased he was able to come and construct and install a cathedral roof for me. Eric completed it and it will last 15 years. Awesome job.

During the roof construction Andy pivoted to reno'ing my mudroom. To help cut costs I helped with the removal of the 1979 carpet. A window was removed and Andy was able to find a board that matched my interior walls. Installed, painted and did the finishing touches. Eric even hung up my art work.

When I had my windows replaced in my bedroom Eric bumped my blinds out since the window company wouldn't reinstall my blinds.

I basically have had Andys crew work in every room of my house.

Work that is going to be completed insulate behind my bathroom tub surround. Yes, Andy does work that a previous contractor Gary's odd jobs was supposed to do. Gary is incompetent never hire him. Just hire Andy and he will get it done and done right.

I had Andy and some of his staff come out to "put a new roof on my shed", after stripping the old shingles, it was discovered that the decking needing so fixing, that was done and the shed re-shingled. Amazing job!! Great communication and ability to listen which is key with me. They fixed the roof deck and reshingled the shed. That shed hasn't looked this good in years! I appreciated the budget concerns I had were respected and didn't end uo with unexpected add ons, like most companies do. The job was very well done and cleaned up afterward. I was very imoressed with the work ethic and level of manners these young me had. They are very hard workers and did the job in a very timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get work done, they are just great!

Last summer, I hired Andy to clean out a "garden" (really horrible weeds) alongside my mobile home and fill it with stones. Andy and his helper were prompt, efficient, and did way better than I ever could have imagined. His price was fair and the work was excellent. I have already arranged for him to do another job for me in the spring. I did not know Andy beforehand and had no recommendations but he seemed very keen to do the job as he was just starting out. I highly recommend Andy. I wish I could add pictures but I recently bought a new laptop and the pics are on the other laptop and I don't know how to transfer.
