My experience with Bokor Renovation was superb. They were a complete pleasure to work with. Their work was beautifully done and extremely professional. They were invariably prompt and helpful, with great design ideas. The work was finished on time and on budget, and they always cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Bokor and plan to work with them again next year.

We had a flood in our basement and required a complete renovation of the floors, ceiling and bathroom due to water damage. Drazen and his team were extremely professional, were on time, and did a beautiful job. His team were helpful to maximize the space we had without having to do any demolition. Drazen went over and above to help us choose the appropriate materials at reasonable cost. He and his team came everyday for a few months and were never intrusive, and were very neat and organized. I would highly recommend Bokor renovations for all these reasons.

Very disappointed, the owner sounded professional, but is far from it. The frame (urethane plastic) recommended by contractor, around front door is a disaster, they had to come back 3 times to try and fix it, paint peeling, parts falling off, caulking horribly done. We will need to have it redone. Aluminum siding around garage, they had to come back to redo, we have visible nail holes in the aluminum, caulking was a disaster, need to hire someone else to redo it. The person doing this job should have been an apprentice if at all, instead the contractor left him on his own to do what he did, he definitely did not know what he was doing. Excuse from the contractor was that he had emotional issues. They came back to try and redo the caulking at least four times. Unbelievable. The masonry was done well, and the back door is passable. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 1. Really dissatisfied, and not even worth calling them back because they do not have the expertise for the botched up work that they did on our home. What a waste of money.

Complaint: Worked for Drazen for one week. He was extremely disorganized. Worked 40 plus hours and was paid for 25...I was on time everyday and reliable. I am a college educated trades person and have never been shorted pay before. Hence the negative review. I wouldn't recommend anyone work for Bokor Renovations
