Button’s is my go-to company for all things related to our furnace, AC and water heater. Their service is excellent, from the friendly and helpful reception when I call them, through guidance on new equipment and installation, and on to their ongoing annual servicing of our systems. Their office staff, management and service technicians are all friendly, helpful and professional – and all service calls occur on the date and time scheduled without incident. It’s a pleasure to deal with the Button’s team, and I look forward to doing so for many years to come!

After a furnace inspection which Button’s always does for us, we found a crack in a furnace 22 years old. We decided to go with a Daikin furnace, heat pump and air conditioner. New thermostat as well and Button’s installers were on time, prepared and cleaned to the best of their ability as it was a rainy day. Couldn’t have been a better experience. Thank you Button’s for a wonderful experience and a great new furnace, heat pump and air conditioner.

7 years ago we had 3 integrated air conditioning /heating units installed in our home: 2 mini-splits on our main floor and a ductless system on our 2nd floor. Long story short, they never quite cooled enough, and last summer they kept shutting down. After many visits it was finally determined by the sleuths at Button's that it was a manufacturing defect in all 3 units and the condenser. The good people at Button's went to bat for us, and convinced the manufacturer to replace the units. Based on the past few days I can finally confirm that our system cools our house as promised. The staff at Button's have integrity, ethics and expertise. Highly recommended.
