City wide did a great job, exactly what I approved and what they said they would do. Upon completion I wasn’t completely satisfied. After I promptly paid the final invoice I talked to Paul about some changes. I was totally and completely ignored. Dozens of unanswered phone calls and numerous emails also ignored. I would leave Paul two voice messages a day. I Never once had a call back after over a month of trying. Not the way to treat a good customer.
Quite disappointing after an otherwise good relationship.

City wide completed a project for us. They did a great job with the install and making sure we were happy with what we got.
We live a in the snow belt. We were able to meet with engineers, and the city wide professionals to produce a structure that we are comfortable with with a high level of snow on it.

City Wide did a fantastic Reno on our deck including stairs, rails, surface, reinforcement, and finishing around the new hot tub. They were very clear with the quote, flexible, reasonable and helpful when we asked for little changes on the fly. Communication throughout the project was solid. The quality of work was very good and we felt that it ended up exactly as we had hoped if not better. Highly recommended!

Citywide did a great job for us. I was hesitant at first given the estimate until I reviewed the quote in detail and realised what was involved in order to complete.The patio slider unit had to be completely removed and re installed once the Duradek was in place. Turns out there were 2 previous layers of vinyl that had not been removed by previous contractors.
The installers were on time, polite and left the work site neat and tidy. They were in and out frequently but always put on their "booties" without fail.
Next up was the finisher that had to source the proper primed wood that had to be installed and inset into the stucco around the window and patio slider. It was cut precisely, caulked and the area left clean once again.
All I had to do was put 1 coat of paint on - done. ....Nice job Citywide!

The estimator was very knowledgeable and precise. He was easy to talk to—Wade. The owner -Paul was equally attentive and friendly. That takes the scare out of hiring. The crew that did the actual install were also knowledgeable and professional. It was great to see a woman on the team! The work is excellent - the deck looks great!

They were quick, reliable, and always available for questions day or night. Construction started on time and finished ahead of schedule - it was exciting to see the progress after each day of construction and even more exciting to sit and enjoy our first drink on our newly built deck.

We were very pleased with the installation of Duradek on our large sundeck. The contractor took us to another ongoing installation nearby to show how the product would be installed. The work crew were very professional and the work was reasonably priced. The work was completed on time with minimal disruption to our daily living. I would definitely recommend Citywide Sundecks for thi8stype of work.

I had an excellent experience with Paul and Greg at Citywide Sundeck and Railings. Paul was very prompt about responding to my inquiry. Greg provided a fair estimate and captured the requirements. In addition to replacing the vinyl, there were some areas of rot that needed to be repaired. Greg and his crew did an excellent job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and Citywide!
