It was an absolute pleasure working with Kevin Raymond of Dezine Guy. He took a daunting project and made it effortless. Kevin was easy to interact with, he provided me solid advice and his work was fantastic. I would recommend recommend Kevin to anyone.

This guy has big ideas but lacks in competence when it comes to delivering.
He can't even put up a towel bar without screwing it up. We have an unfinished condo and no kitchen. What was supposed to be a few weeks project turned out to be a never ending nightmare. I don't recommend this guy at all. We paid all materials and gave him $ 25000.00 only to have to redo and fix his mess. If you are thinking of hiring this company, think again.

Kevin's incompetence has left me with an unfinished kitchen and bathroom. He claims to have skilled tradespeople working for him but this is far from true. Most of the work attempted, he did by himself, because he wasn't paying his laborers. I've had several of them show up at my door looking for money.
A 3 month Reno turned into 6 months of hell with no completion date in sight.
Kevin is great with excuses and apologies as well as being very skilled at removing items from your home without permission.
Please think twice before you hand over your house key.

Do not use this company. Kevin does not reply to emails or phone calls.
Our 6 week project is 4 months overdue, the bathroom is not completed and the kitchen barely started.
The wrong counter top was installed, the wrong appliances were delivered.

Was referred to Kevin with Dezine Guy and was very impressed with his knowledge and design ideas. He had a great sense of humour when he needed to help me see a different vision. I am so glad I went with his ideas.
He also found some mildew an rot behind the kitchen sink which he repaired without extra cost. He came within budget and the place looked marvellous (we were able to sell it easily!!). I really liked his work ethic and his honest approach. He CLEANED up after EVERY WORK DAY!!
His work was excellent. I have since referred him to many of my family and friends who report the same. I also call him when I want to get his ideas on some of my home projects.

Hello,
dezign Guy has been doing renovations in our home since last June and it has been nothing but a nightmare for us. We have given him a lot of money I'm talking thousands and we have a contract with him and he has now bailed on us. We have asked him for things like our hoodfan microwave and trim and a bathroom that we have already paid for in advance and he has not returned any of our texts. He is very unprofessional. I hope that no one else hires him. he had a deadline to complete our home renovations August 21st.
2015 , He had like one to two people working on site for him and there were so many times that people would come and go and not even show up on days that they were suppose to. We had some of his employees tell us that he did not pay them so therefore they are no longer working for him. He has been a nightmare and we do not know what to do know. Do we sue him? We are at a loss. He will not return our texts phone calls or anything. We are so upset with this. He took our money and then just left us hanging with things that are incomplete. His work that he did have done is shoddy and we need to get someone else to come in to fix his mess. Our wood floors that we had installed by him were not done properly so he had someone come and only fix half the floor cause he did not want to pay the guy to fix the whole floor. so the floor in our kitchen is now separating. He is awful. Please do not hire him you will be so sorry if you do.
