My name is Frank Lemna from Medicine Hat. The installers were very good but the service department has not brought the brick mold for my one family room window. This has been going on since April 12/13 when the installers first came. There seems to be no communication from head office at the factory.

Very impressed with the installation crew, left the area cleaner than they found it. Salesman was not pushy and knowledgeable. Nice to know the windows are made in Canada. Grant was less than I expected.

We had Ecoline windows come in and replace all of the windows in our house. They were super professional and we love the work they did. The windows look fabulous and we are looking forward to all of the money they will save us with heat costs in the winter and cooling costs in the summer. Thank you Ecoline for taking such good care of our house.

Do not use this company! We replaced 9 windows and a door and have had nothing but problems with them. One of our windows is completely defective and falling apart and our door is sagging and falling away from the wall and looks like complete crap. They’ve come out multiple times to “fix” issues but are refusing to replace the $4,000 door and $3,000 window. They instead want to bring out replacement parts and piece it together which they’ve tried already many times to no avail.
Seriously, do not use this company unless you want to have nothing but headaches.

Unfortunately, we have had a lot of trouble with one of the windows that Ecoline installed. different service technicians came back four times to reinstall the window due to their own errors (installing it unevenly, absent seal, upside down installation, etc). Each time they came back, they caused a new issue. Our window is now cracked and Ecoline refuses to replace it. Had this window been professionally and accurately installed from day one, we would just assume that this crack was bad luck and wouldn't have a problem paying for a replacement. We're really disappointed in this whole experience, wish that they would stand by their product and installation service. Just a warning for any of you considering their services.

Despite the constraints of supply chain issues, Ecoline managed to get the window installed near the stated time. They were extremely patient with multiple queries and the installation team was very professional and also did a great clean up.
We look forward to getting our room set-up.

We had quotes from several providers. Ecoline was not the cheapest or even the most expensive but the price seemed fair for the quality of the specific items we wanted.

| Warranty | Ecoline Windows warrants that all work performed as a part of the Installation will be free of Installation Defects for a period of fifteen years from the date of completion of the installation.If given Prompt Notice (within 30 days of discovery) of an Installation Defect, Ecoline Windows shall, at its sole option: furnish labor to repair any such Installation Defect OR replace the defective unit(s) The proper care and maintenance of Ecoline Windows products is important to assuring that Ecoline Windows products will perform year after year. Ecoline Windows agrees to service products where Buyer gives Prompt Notice (within 30 days of discovery) of the need for service as long as the need for service is due to an Installation Defect or Product Defect. For the purpose of this warranty an Installation Defect is an error that significantly impairs the proper operation of an Ecoline Windows product, while a Product Defect is a defect that significantly impairs the proper operation and function of your Ecoline Windows products and is covered under the applicable product warranty. While Ecoline Windows agrees to service products for the applicable periods specified in this warranty, any labour required to replace defective parts will not be covered after a period of two years. Should repairs be necessary which are not the result of defects in workmanship or materials provided by Ecoline Windows, reasonable charges will be applied for such repairs and/or inspections. The signed Sales Agreement, product warranties and this Warranty and Service Agreement constitute the entire agreement between seller and buyer. Buyer agrees that there is no reliance on any statement, agreement, writing, warranty or representation, whether written or oral, other than the terms contained in this Warranty and Service Agreement, the Sales Agreement, and any applicable product warranties. |
