Hello,
Endview Kitchens has done several kitchens for me over the years and all of them have turned out outstanding
The homewowners have all been super happy with the product. From the design process to the finished product Endview was able to capture purchasers visions for their kitchen and provide an excellent well built and installed product.
I highly reccomend them for their quality design and cabinetry
Contacted in August of 2022 to start designing cabinets for a complete remodel of my inherited Victorian farm house. I contacted many other companies but Endview was the most responsive and competitively priced. Made an appointment for mid august to consult on ideas and design. Ended up having them do a complete kitchen with an island and walk in pantry, 1 ensuite bathroom one main floor bathroom and 3 walk in closets 2 in the bedrooms and one on the main floor for the entrance. They showed up on sept 1st to do measurements and were very meticulous and answered all my questions even referred me to a decent electrician plumber and tiler. They had all the cabinets built in one month despite building 2 other kitchens during the same period with a staff of maybe only 8 …maybe 10 people?. For a small business the finished product was beyond my expectations. They got it squared up in an old house that isn’t so square anymore and I had some good laughs with them about a difficult customer they were dealing with during the same period. Design, consultation, my many edits to the design during the process, the build, install, and paint finish were very well handled and done and I can’t thank them enough. Only one installer when most places have several guys running around your house. The movers were so careful not to damage my hardwood floors or let my cats out. I love my crystal handles my walk in closets and the custom range hood they made for the difficult ceiling space above my stove. Thank you! Highly recommend :)
Endview Kitchens & Custom Cabinets I’m reluctant to leave a bad review, but feel as though I have no other choice. I’m hopeful that this review will inspire Jacquie/Justin to finally finish off the cabinets (almost 9 months after they were delivered). Although, I’m not holding my breath. I used Endview Kitchens twice before to design, fabricate and install custom cabinets. In each successive engagement the service has gotten worse. In this instance, the cabinets were delivered late (perhaps because of Covid) and messed up the measuring of the countertops and effected the closing of our house. Some of door/drawer fronts were the wrong size, poorly painted, etc. We were left for long periods of time with missing handles, door/drawer fronts, missing glass inserts for pantry doors, etc. All our communications with Jacquie have gone unanswered. Justin (Endview’s installer) has be good at responding, but he’s gone silent recently. This has been going on for over nine months and we still have soft close doors which need to be fixed, sandblasted glass to be installed, rubbing doors which need to be adjusted, poorly painted door/drawer fronts touched up. Endviews payment terms are 50% at time of order and 50% at time of delivery. So, we are not able to use money (holdback) as a way to motivate Endview to satisfy the terms of our contract. If I had to do it again, I’d make sure to hold back 15-20%. I hope this review has the desired effect.
