Over all the workmanship on the roof was satisfactory.
However I witnessed a large piece of sheet metal hit our picture window and consequently scratch it.
He wanted payment for his crew and said to hold back $100 so we could find a solution regarding the scratch. We paid his crew the next day. We had $200 outstanding on a $4600 job and reached out again to try and reach a compromise. The next day he threatened to put a builder's lien on our home if we didn't pay in full and said "he hopes we take him seriously now". He was standing with his guys 100% and said my eye witness account was hear say.
He had stopped listening. I was extremely disappointed in his business practices.

I was impressed by the way the Fort Garry team responded quickly and diligently to a smaller job. At the job site I was provided with a detailed assessment of the work that was performed, including several photos before and after. The work was done promptly, on budget, and in a respectful manner around our home. Kudos to Fort Garry Roofing!
