I had the pleasure to work with Suzette and her team at Germano Creative Interior Design in June 2021 for the installation of a second bathroom in our home. The whole experience was much easier than I expected, and one year later, we are still very happy with the quality result. Suzette has good design sense and her whole team was professional and worked very cleanly. The proposed timeline and budget were as expected, and her collaborative style made it easy to understand our options. They really did a remarkable job given the work was done during a pandemic. Her crew worked in my home with respect for our space, abiding by covid rules she put in place. There were also challenges related to supply chain which Suzette anticipated and took steps early to ensure we had the appropriate materials. I highly recommend Germano Creative Interior Contracting. We had an wonderful experience with Germano Creative! Working with Suzette was so easy and she felt like family. She made sure everything was perfect and suited my needs. I had the bathroom renovated to help me make it easier for me to use the bathroom with my disability. This was done in the summer of 2018.

I had no hesitations in hiring them to come back to reface my kitchen. All her workers are great and very friendly. I love that she goes with you to pick out the materials. Every possible step is taken to reduce the impact of the renovation on your home. The entire team adopts a “clean as you go” way of working which keeps the inevitable clutter of renovation to an absolute minimum. Suzette and her team are perfectionists and will not consider a job finished until both she and her client are completely satisfied. Virtually every day during the 5 week process of my renovation, Suzette or another member of her team were in contact with me, keeping me abreast of how the project was progressing and letting me know if the schedule was going to change. In the end, I had an absolutely fantastic new bathroom (one full day ahead of schedule and on budget) with virtually no disruption to the rest of my house. We were advised that because of the extensive water damage to our house, a tear down was required. We began looking at house plans and concluded that we wanted to save our family home, we loved our beaten-up house but we worried about embarking on a major renovation. The google gods were looking after us when I stumbled upon Germano Creative.

Suzette came over shortly after contact and it was clear from the get go that we were in good hands. We were cautious but excited as she took out her massive measuring tape assuring us that there was no pressure but she wanted to make sure of the specifics before she quoted - we noted to self “attention to details”.

The living room, dining room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms were completely gutted. New floors, tiling, windows, doors, new fireplace and wood stove were installed as well as a new outside porch was built. The exterior of the house was changed from white aluminum to siding and stone. We were fortunate that we didn’t have to live on the premises but this didn’t stop her from keeping up informed every step of the way with daily videos and regular chats.

Germano Creative made the extensive renovation a positive experience. Suzette has a great design sense and respects budget parameters. The surprises of past shoddy workmanship were unnerving but her unending attention to detail made the process painless and assuring. She is your advocate.

This was our third renovation with Germano Creative and I was more than pleased with the finish look. Not only was the renovation completed one week ahead of schedule, it came in on budget. It doesn't look like the same space. The ceilings feel so much higher, there is so much light it doesn't feel like a basement. They worked with us to ensure we came in on budget - not many contractors will do that. All the trades that work for Germano went above and beyond as well to ensure we were getting top quality service and what we wanted. The finished look went beyond our expectations- clean, simple round corners; tonnes of light; lots of outlets; the HVAC is as high as it can go! Suzette does everything by the book to ensure we passed all inspections. If I had another room to do, I would not hire anyone else to do the job! Thanks Suzette and Lily you are the best.
