Very happy with the whole process of dealing with GoldStar. Roland was a pleasure to work with from the first phone call. He and his crew installing the windows were punctual, courteous and their work was top notch. The windows look great! With the windows, siding, gutters and soffit completed the house looks great. We decided on GoldStar Window because of the triple pane glass, foam insulation and reinforcements in the frames. We learned that the lifetime warranty is a huge importance. Having all the information we needed, we placed the order. We decided on the triple pane over double pane glass because we felt the cost of heating oil was only going to go up in the future and changing the windows again was out of the question. The windows were installed in April and we are very happy with the work done. The installation crew was neat and professional making sure they addressed our concerns. The job was completed in one day and the work was fantastic. All the windows were capped beautifully and the caulking was perfect. Now that three months had passed since they were installed we can feel a dramatic difference in the rooms. The drafts are gone and our heating bills will drop significantly compared to last year. One other thing that occurred that no one mentioned to us is how much noise these triple pane windows block out. We are extremely happy with our choice. Our new windows are beautiful and the envy of all our friends and family. We would definitely recommend GoldStar to others.

GoldStar's windows are solidly built and foam insulated. They showed me a sample window. They matched the exterior chocolate brown window frame color the building uses. I had my choice of front frame colors and chose white. It really opens up the space visually. Highly recommended. Wish I had done it sooner..

I needed my 5 windows and a front door to be replaced. Someone needed to come one day to measure the window & another day to replace it. A professional guy showed up and took measurements. The installation crew showed at the appointed time after calling me ahead of time to tell me they were on their way. The two men were very knowledgeable, professional and personable. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend GoldStar for anyone who needs new windows or doors.

The experience with GoldStar was great. I contacted the head office and we agreed a date their representative to come and provide us an estimate. He was very prompt, explained everything and answered all my questions. He even educated me on the process and technical terms. Lastly, the use of email communication worked really well for me. Installation went perfectly, they cleaned the area around after themselves. They installed us 10 windows, 1 front and 1 patio doors. My family and me is extremely happy and would recommend GoldStar to anyone.

It was the exact estimate. I'm still amazed at the job they did. Both patio and front doors along with seven windows are now properly installed, perfectly fitting, and smoothly operating, with all package of new handles and locks. We chose GoldStar to replace all our windows and doors because they are responsive, fairly priced and an absolute pleasure to work with. Their price was in the lower middle of the quotes we received. They absolutely did a thorough, quality job and we are so happy with their work from start to finish. These guys are extremely clean and they showed the utmost respect for our family and our home. They also really care about their work and our end result. They were able to make replacement without any delay. They had tons of samples which helped us greatly to coordinate our choices.

GoldStar Window replaced 12 windows for me - 2 bay windows and 10 other shaped windows. People from GoldStar were always on time and would call ahead when they were on the way. Representative was straight forward about explaining the installation process and pricing. He promptly followed up with a written contract. My impression of GoldStar was of someone who is very competent and extremely professional.

We met with three different contractors to do the window replacement with a preference to go with a company that did the manufacturing of the windows as well as the installation. It's rare that I find a team of such high quality as GoldStar Window. Over the years, I have met some good contractors and some really bad (lessons learned). I had 8 replacement windows installed and a custom back entry door installed and could not be happier with the work.

They replaced three sliding doors on a sun porch. This required doing wood trim on the outside and inside of the house as the size of sliding doors has changed since the originals were installed.

Initially Nick came a month ago and gave me an estimate. I planned on only replacing the two damaged doors but the space looked weird with two new and one old door so we ordered a third door. The installation was scheduled and went smoothly. Installer Sergio and his team were professional, on time and cleaned all the debris up. A super job!

We selected GoldStar Windows and doors, which are energy star products. While measuring the house and general walk around of the site, Nick noticed the house had structural damage at the garage entry that required repair prior to replacing the door. He also noted that the gable vent should be eliminated since a ridge vent which was installed during the last roofing job and the gable vent were working against each other.

Nick asked for deposit with the final payment due on completion. The installation was targeted for four weeks from the time we signed the contract due to the windows and doors we selected. Nick contacted us during the four weeks to let us know the windows were running a little behind schedule and that it would be about twodays longer. Once the windows and doors arrived, incredibly professional installer Ivan removed and replaced six windows (new construction), a sliding glass door, a garage entry door, and removed old siding before installing. He also coordinated the contractor for the structural work that was required for the garage entry door.

The job was completed on target and for the estimated amount.

Two of my windows were leaking during big rain storms, so I thought they needed to be replaced.  A rep of GoldStar Window company, Mike, came out to give me an estimate on replacing the windows.  After I described the problem, he noted that the current windows themselves were probably not the cause of the leaking, and that would have to be addressed independently.  He seemed pretty knowledgable.  I decided that before I get any windows replaced, despite their poor condition, I want to address the underlying problems and figure out how much that will cost.   I appreciated their honesty, however, and they seemed like a competent outfit.  Their quote was reasonable, and I strongly considered them for my window replacement that took place in in October last year.

I met Ilia, who was very pro-active in returning e-mails/phone calls and was a very personable guy. I liked him right off the bat as he answered questions thoroughly & was excellent at explaining the various options available to you. The estimate we received from him was in the best among estimates we received. The reason for choosing GoldStar Window was the value for the money, meaning the scope of work they were going to provide at a very fair price and the research I had done on the company itself .

GoldStar gave us a great idea of what to expect and how the job would proceed. All the details were covered. Windows were replaced quickly and without issues.

Mike came out on a weekend to survey the house and give us his estimate. We explained the situation that we were in a rush to get the windows and doors completed and he was very understanding and said he would get them in as soon as he could (the following week). Windows came quickly and GoldStar installers came to complete the work for us. Windows are high quality vinyl replacement windows, low E, double paned and double hung. Everything in the process went very smoothly from the initial estimate, to the measurements and ordering and finally to the installation. GoldStar Window crew worked quickly, efficiently and did a quality job. The windows and doors look fantastic and we are saving tons on energy costs this winter.

Working with GoldStar Window company from the first call until completion was fantastic! Ilia (manager) answered my initial call, set up an appointment to come over, measure and give us an estimate - Ilia got back to us immediately with a price and some dates when they could install (within a few weeks). Installation crew arrived on the arranged date and removed old and installed new windows in less than a day. I was not home when they did the work (my wife was) and I was shocked when I got home that evening - the windows look beautiful and the best part is that there was absolutely no evidence that anyone was even in my home, never mind working inside my home.

The experience with GoldStar Window was excellent from start to finish. Ilia came to do an estimate just a few days after my initial call. I had four other companies come to give me estimates. Ilia’s estimate was the lowest cost of all the estimates but that was not why I chose his firm. He took the greatest care in measuring the windows, explained the benefits of their windows and was the most professional in his presentation. I called GoldStar Window because of its so many A web ratings. After they finished the windows in one room but had not finished installing all the windows I could hear and feel the difference their windows made. The room was quieter and warmer. I could not hear street sounds and I live on a very busy street. Ilia patiently showed me twice how to open in windows for cleaning and how to remove the screen in spring to put the air conditioner in for the summer. He carefully removed and saved the holders for the window shades then after the window was installed replaced the holders and shades. I already recommended the company to my neighbor who ordered new windows from them.

They had thorough photo information that they gave us that included references and guarantees. I needed to replace all the original windows in the house. I hired GoldStar to replace all my windows. The installers I dealt with were clean and professional. Sergio and his crew arrived early in the bitter cold. They worked together as true professionals. GoldStar replaced thirteen windows in our thirty years old home. All the old windows were taken out and taken away. The new windows were installed in one day. We found the experience to be a good one. The windows were exactly what we ordered. We were notified when they were made and ready for installation. True to their word the installers were on time,very polite,and concious. They worked very well together.They answered all questions that I asked. And they cleaned up after each window was installed. GoldStar rep Nick came out on the day we agreed. He gave me an immediate and fair estimate for the windows and the installation, plus a tentative date for the work to be done. He provided a selection to choose from. He brought a helpful display model to the house to demonstrate it. It took us about three weeks from ordering to installation. The installation team worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. We have been very pleased with the windows.

GoldStar came and replaced all of my windows. The guys were friendly, professional, neat and all improvements were made in a timely manner. They worked together in a group of three people. The windows are of a beautiful quality and the house has never looked better. We have an incredible new Bay window as well. We had the estimate done in September by GoldStar’s representative and scheduled the work according to OUR schedule. GoldStar shows all information upfront on their website and it's the same when they come in to measure the windows. There is nothing hidden - you pay what they quote. On the install day they were courteous, professional and most of all, punctual. Two gentlemen came in and had the work done in under 3 hours. They cleaned up after themselves properly. I trust GoldStar and want to hire them again.

GoldStar did excellent service. Excellent job in installing new replacement windows along with sliding door. Work done very well, installer was great! They followed up after the original estimate to see if I had any questions, not that they were hounding me; they were seeing if I needed any help and they were also willing to match any prices. They came to do the work at 8 am and didn't leave until 7 pm so there was a lot of work that needed to be done. The quality of the windows was good. They were very friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

I had two double-hung windows installed (side by side) in my living room. Everything went great from start to finish! The GoldStar ‘s representative (Roman) was very thorough and professional. He told me it would be about 2-3 wks for the windows to be ready, which it was. The installation went off without a hitch, only took less than 2 hours. They did a quality job, the windows look great, they also tilt out for cleaning, and have the grids built right into the window, airtight - no more drafts!! I'm already thinking about replacing windows in my kitchen - I would highly recommend GoldStar.

My wife and I had all the windows in our house replaced by GoldStar. That is 19 double hung, 1 picture window and a patio door. The whole process was professional, totally customer oriented and they were always on time. When our salesman Roman came he asked us a few key questions then took a look at our windows so he could give us an estimate. GoldStar is a big window company. We took their recommendation from many internet suggestions. We had an excellent experience with them right down the board. They were very friendly, not pushy, told us how much it was going to cost before. We were able to get a big window because their prices were so reasonable, which is what I really wanted. We are extremely pleased with our experience with GoldStar and very happy with the new windows. The representative was knowledgable. The installers (Sergio and another fellow) were professional, friendly, considerate and did an excellent job on all the windows. This was a large job. It took them 2 entire days to complete it not to mention that we were in the middle of a heat wave (close to 100 degree temps both days) and they were working in a building with no air conditioning. Despite the conditions, they did not rush and every one of the 22 windows were installed perfectly. They made sure to get clear caulking so the windows would look better and it would be less touch up painting for us. Our building is pretty old and tired, but GoldStar made it look great! We would definitely work with the company again.

Two years ago I met with Michael from GoldStar when he came over to take a look at what needed to be done. He left me and then emailed me our patio door estimate, which was reasonable and we set a time to have the work done. Installers arrived in the morning as it was set and completed everything as I asked them to do by noon. They were very professional and clear in what could or couldn't be done and they cleaned as they worked. GoldStar did a great job and I couldn't ask for more. Installer Jan even advised me on how I should go about fixing my mother's basement wall that I told him I was planning on repairing. He was over all very pleasant and worked very hard to finish the job.

In August we replaced all windows in my mother’s house. GoldStar was the company who gave us the best quote. We waited for about two weeks for our windows to be ready. Installer team came in time and it took only one day for them to finish the whole project. All the mess was cleaned up by them. My mother is very sensitive to loud noises and we asked guys to take it into account. They did everything possible for making my mom feel comfortable. Our family is happy, we got everything done exactly as we wished. My mother is very happy too. He called GoldStar several timed for giving them her thanks.
