We hired iRenohomes to complete our basement and renovate our kitchen. I am extremely happy with the results! Paul, the owner, was remarkably professional and kept us well informed and involved throughout the entire process. The detail in his craftsmanship is highly meticulous and visually appealing. We have to comment on Paul's strong work ethics: he never cuts corners and is there everyday, including the weekends, to make sure the job is done right and on time! We found that he was highly organized and kept the construction area very neat and tidy, making it very easy to live through a renovation. I highly recommend Paul and iRenohomes to give you a stunning transformation to your home!

Working with Paul Silva has been a wonderful experience. I have never worked with someone like Paul. He is a perfectionist and it is evident in the quality of his work. He built us a basement oasis that we as a family get to enjoy. His attention to detail and work ethic is exemplary. Choosing Paul and IRenoHomes is the best decision you can make when undertaking any home renovation.

Basement Finishing
iRenoHomes did an excellent job with finishing our basement. We knew we wanted to use the area mostly as a TV room and we had some pictures of basements that we liked -- Paul, the owner, helped us work out the details of the design, to recreate the look in our home. Our house is around 100 years old, so our basement had awkward ductwork, an uneven ceiling, and old devices taking up wall space -- see the "before" pictures. He really made the best of it, to make the space as streamlined as possible. Paul is extremely details oriented, and he did an amazing job of keeping us well informed throughout the process. Now we have a wonderful space that is more functional and beautiful than we thought possible. Our project was 6 weeks long and Paul was there every single day (no running around checking on other jobs). We look forward to working with him on our next project.
