Brian Smith completed a fast, careful, thorough and efficient project for us to remove a microwave and kitchen exhaust fan and replace it with a range hood. For medical reasons we had severe dust control specifications, and wanted aesthetically pleasing finishing. This was a complex project in an old condo building. Brian met all our expectations, creatively, and on time. He is adept at carpentry, tile work, duct work and painting as well as electrical work. We recommend him highly.

Wow! Island Electric installed my 2nd floor chandelier at a height of over 20' tall ceiling, there was no way to put up a scaffolding due to the design of the stairwell and magically they did an impressive job, even offered me tips on cleaning and maintenance.
I will absolutely contract them again once I have need for any electrical changes in my home.

Island electric Ltd. Is a company that comprises of a team of Licence skills trades men that I hired to transformed my 30 year old basement.
Brian and his team executed a timely Demolition of the shabby work that was existed prior to me buying this house. He and his team set out to reconstruct the complete Basement turning it into a modern state of the Art functional apartment.
What I loved about this company Island electric, is that they were very professional n very clean. They explained the work step by step n welcomed my input.
