So happy to have had Devon and his assistant (Mike) install our new furnace. Both young men were polite, professional, courteous and left no mess. We have had our new furnace now for a week and it is running perfectly. I know that should I need Devon for anything regarding the operation of the furnace, he will be here! Devon is professional and easy to talk to. I was dealing with some tragic news when he was here and his caring showed.
He answered questions I had and eased my mind on the things I wondered about. example: venting properly so that snow does not become an issue this winter.
I would recommend Devon 100%.
He came down and topped up but didnt have any sealent. He set 2 days to return to finish the job but did not show up. He asked to be paid and I paid half and stated I needed the job complete. He then removed the sealent from the invoice and said pay or I will send to collections. I now have to pay someone all over to do what was needed. Avoid this company.
Hi Dan, I am sorry you felt you had to leave a 1.6 star rating, you left alot of info out of this review, I tried a few times to setup a date to add the dye to the system but you where always out of town. Since the original invoice was already 57 days past due I simply told you I would remove the dye from the original invoice until we could pick a date that would work for me and you, at that point because I asked for payment you threatened to call the better business Bureau and leave a negative review and inform your circle of friends about this.
You also left how happy you and your family were to have working ac again and you could not thank me enough, again you left out that the previous hvac contractor who installed your new furnace a few months prior to my visit did not correctly setup the fan settings thus caused low air flow in your hvac system.

I needed to reconnect the gas line to our water heater. In my experience, a small job like this isn't too popular with most contractors. KBS Mechanical not only accepted the job, but the technician arrived right on time for the appointment and reconnected my gas line in no time for a very reasonable price. In addition he has taken the time to answered a few of my questions with regard to my furnace. My first call will definitely be to KBS Mechanical in the future for any Hvac repairs.
I had a problem with my furnace this morning, not a good time off the year!!! I made a phone call to Devon at KBS Mechanical. He showed up same day and fixed Bertha for me !!! Great friendly service!!! I would recommend.
