Brent was fantastic. Quick, efficient and honest. Having a trustworthy plumber who really cares about a homes long term outcome is rare to find now a days. He was prompt, professional and came back one evening when we ran into a small leak problem to take a look ASAP. We will return for all of our plumbing needs in the future, and would highly recommend Brent every chance we get.

I recently contracted Keetay Homes to update some plumbing in a kitchen for it to meet code. Brent was great to deal with, he was friendly, showed up on time and did a great job on the plumbing, which passed inspection without any issues. Veey pleased with all the work they’ve completed for us. We found them knowledgeable & trustworthy. They explained exactly what each task required & as my husband is very particular they encouraged him to watch them as they worked. I’ve never had to call them back with any problems which means a lot thes days. We found their pricing reasonable especially when the job is well done. Very professional & would highly recommended.

| Warranty | Keetay Homes Warrants its work to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the warranty period as described below. General Plumbing Repairs and installs – 60 day parts and labor Water Heaters – 6-12 year manufacturer warranties available on water heater, all other parts and labor is 90 days This limited warranty does not apply where: Repairs are needed to correct a manufacturers defect. Products have been installed or tampered with by others. Repairs have been made by others. Repairs are required due to normal (or excessive) wear and tear. Damage is caused through misuse, abuse or neglect. Clogs or back-ups due to improperly disposed items. All warranties are void if payment is not made when due. Warranties extend only to the customer and are not transferable. This warranty does not cover labor charges for the correction, replacement or repair due to manufacturer defects. Labor charges are the responsibility of the homeowner and are due at the time of service. it is the homeowners responsibility to notify keetay Homes immediately in the event of an installation or repair failure. keetay Homes will, with reasonable promptness during normal working hours, remedy the defect. In no event shall keetay Homes Service be liable for water or other damage caused by any delay in remedying a defect. In the event of an installation or repair failure, any such defects will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of keetay Homes as our inspection discloses. |
