We had a great experience working with Kovar Contracting on our house renovation. Ben and Adam did such a great job in our house. The craftsmanship is top and they were always reachable when you needed to call them for some questions.

The whole invoicing was super fair and well handled. No surprises and everything as discussed in advance.

We will have to do some more work next year and we will definitely work with them again.

We had a tremendous experience with the Kovar team for our new siding and gutters. We were instantly impressed by Alex’s knowledge and professional straight forward approach. Jason was fantastic to deal with and both he and Alex were always available to help. As for the job, we cannot fully express how impressive Alex and Kevin were. They were meticulous in every detail, absolute perfectionists and accommodating in every way. They worked extremely hard and the great pride they take in their work is obvious. From our first contact with Kimberley to the last day of the job, it is clear that this is a company that truly cares about their clients.

I hired Kovar to complete attic insulation. All went well and Kovar assisted us with the government grant programs in place. I would recommend them to anyone i know, great company to deal with. Fair pricing, responsive and good quality.

Kovar redid my townhouse roof and changed most of my sheathing too. They were great to work with, very accomodating and had a fair price. Good quality work. I would recommend them to anyone i know.

Have had them do 2 jobs for us so far - a roof in 2017 and again this year (2021) to help with basement renovations. We have already ask for their help with a kitchen reno in 2022. I was looking to add light to a dark home office and had recently read about sun tunnels. I called the office and booked an appointment for an estimate within a week. Price I was quoted was not the least expensive (based on phone calls to others) but it was fair and I felt confident in the company after meeting Jason who came to do the quote. Although he had told me it would likely be 3-4 weeks before it would be done I received a call in two weeks saying they were ready to go. Installation went well, the installer wore a mask, used a drop sheet and took care to clean as much as he could before he left. The company makes good use of electronic contracts etc making this a quick and easy way to get the job done. I will certainly call them again should I have a need for other roofing work.

These guys did an amazing job in re-doing my roof. They finished the job in two days, worked the whole day both days, and cleaned up everything after each day. The quality of work was top notch, and lots of care was taken in all aspects of the work (I'm specially impressed by the attention to detail in all the black lashing in my brick home). Communication was transparent and honest throughout the whole process. Overall I couldn't be happier with their work. Will recommend always!

Jason and his team were amazing from start to finish. They have in many ways mastered the way a business should operate; personable, they follow-through, and you can tell they are knowledgeable and experts in their field. They were attentive, gave us a timeline and met their deadlines. They followed up after the work was done with our warranty. When you're making your final decision on which company you should we go with, just remember that you get what you pay for. They are worth every penny.

My neighbor referred me after having his flat roof done by Jason's team. I was impressed by their professionalism. They listened to and addressed my concerns, while keeping in touch with me to during various decision points along the project. When there was a minor glitch in the program, Jason called me right away and we sorted a way forward.
