Larry ruined my apartment, causing 10s of thousands of damage to my property. He took no accountability for fixing his error that he admitted. They didn't understand my concrete floors and had them sanded and epoxied which did not work for my type of concrete.

Larry and his team installed a kitchen in my suite. They installed another door to my laundry room and a vanity in the bathroom. They were extremely polite and knowledgeable. Larry promptly answered any questions I had. They showed up on time and completed the project in 3 weeks. He communicated with me about the progress along the way. His work is exceptional in quality. I am 100% happy with my new kitchen. It is exactly what I wanted. I’ve already recommended Larry to a friend.

First time we hired Lanac Renovation, we were very pleased with the result. It was done the way we expected. Larry provide a reasonable quote within our budget. He will try to find the materials exactly what we are looking for and know exactly what we wanted to be done. He always left the job site clean and tidy each time after completion. He has a great customer service, very patient and humble in every way. Very knowledgeable and know what he is doing. If there were any issues he was quick to correct them.
We would definitely hire him again on our next projects and will recommend him to our families and friends.

I heard about Lanac renovations from friends at work. Time line curtailed by a surgery of a company member. Aside from that, they had to come up with modifications, of items I had purchased on the spot! This happened a few times, but being experienced pro’s they powered thru. The end result looks better than I imagined! I have recommended this company to several friends.

Larry, Nathan and Kevin did a fabulous job. Their attention to detail, including individually grinding each ledgestone to fit guided by a laser level made for a flawless installation. They were on time each day, VERY tidy and did the complete cleanup each night.
Our fireplace is the focal point of our home now, it is the WOW factor that we were hoping for. It was everything we were hoping for and more. It was an enjoyable experience, speaking with all three guys about work related points, (and a few un work related topics).
Your estimate for budget was a) reasonable and b) exactly what you quoted for the final invoice.
I have already recommended you to friends and family, so expect a few more phone calls.

I am so happy with the new built-in's Larry installed in our living room. He also helped my husband mount our big screen TV on the wall...I'm especially thrilled that there is not one wire showing. Larry showed up when he said he would, was most professional while working in our home and the final price was consistent with the quote he had originally provided. We will not hesitate in contacting Lanac Renovations for future jobs and will definitely recommend them to family and friends. Thanks again for making my vision reality!

Larry and the Lanac crew have done a few different projects for us from a tear down and rebuild of our 100 year old bathroom to a complete basement suite built from scratch. Both experiences were fantastic and the work top notch. We can build you a complete basement suite or just come in to finish your kitchen back-splash.
