Larry and the Lanac crew have done a few different projects for us from a tear down and rebuild of our 100 year old bathroom to a complete basement suite built from scratch. Both experiences were fantastic and the work top notch. The level of quality and professionalism demonstrated by everyone with Lanac is on par with the best contractors I have dealt with through my years in the construction industry.

I’ve had Larry twice the first to replace bath tub and tile in main bathroom. The second was a kitchen renovations and to fill in an old pond in my back yard. They put down a brick border new grass turf cleaned up the garden area, as well as two new covers over my 2 decks I can’t say enough about how he and his crew went above and beyond my expectations and the quality of work they did. Plus the long hours they put in to meet the tight timeline they were on to surprise my wife.I would recommend them highly for any Type of renovations you need.

We called Larry because our 'bare-bones' basement floor plan was poorly planned by the home builder. We were impressed with the improved layout that Larry drew up and presented to us, based on what we needed. Construction went smoothly, and communication between ourselves and Larry & Nathan was very good. They even accommodated a few of our minor changes. The end result was a roomy, modern style basement suite for our in-laws.
