Madison Contracting

I hired Madison Contracting to add vgroove ceilings and crown moulding to my dining room and living room and they completed the work on time and provided recommendations when they encountered issues.

They also replaced the existing dry wall on the ceilings in 3 bedrooms that came out perfect.

Kevin the project manager was a pleasure to work with and kept me informed along the way.

I’d highly recommend their services without hesitation.

Jeff and his team did a great job making the shower look great but more importantly they found and fixed the leak.

We hired another contractor to put in a new tile/glass door shower. He did an average job with many small issues (grout colour mismatch, continual leaks, poor design on threshold causing more leaking into kitchen.). The shower floor tile job was also done poorly (the drain looked awful with grout everywhere.). We should have picked Madison from the get go.

Kevin is a great guy and the other guys we’re nice too. Madison fixed the leak, redid just the shower floor and threshold and the leaking stopped as they redid the design which was the proper way. Also the new floor and drain actually looked incredible. Like night and day from first guy.

We would definitely call Kevin and Madison again for future projects.

We had Jeff and his team help with renovations for our cafe in Keswick. They did a fantasic job! Went above and beyond to help us transform the building into exactly what we wanted. They were very professional, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. Everything was in budget and completed on time.

This is an honest, fair and hard-working construction company and I highly recommend them. It was the third time we used the services of Madison Contracting. Previously, we used them to build new stairs down the side of our house to the backyard and they drywalled our basement to update the old panelling. Each time we did get estimates from other contractors and Madison was always a competitive bid.

We liked what they did each time, particularly the cleanliness of the job site. Madison contracting are very easy to deal with and what you ask for is what you get within the timeline they specify. Any problems are dealt with, as things do come up during renos but Madison does not try to renegotiate their contract as many contractors will do once they are in your house.

On Monday morning, the wall above our stove was ballooning out with water. Apparently, our shower was leaking somewhere! Within an hour of us calling, Jeff and Kevin were here and quickly figuring out what the issue was. They fixed the leak and did the follow-up wall repairs in the next couple of days.

I have to say these guys are awesome! They calmed me down immediately when they arrived and they were efficient, quick and awesome to deal with. They arrived on time, they explained along the way what they were doing and after they had completed their work, they always cleaned up and left the place looking good. Oh yeah, and did I mention that their pricing was fair and well worth it?

I will always choose Madison Contracting now for any repairs that need doing.

Madison Contracting were excellent from the moment I called about renovating our bathroom they kept in touch throughout the whole process and most importantly they were there everyday on the job until everything was completed. These guys even worked one Saturday when they didn't have too and many nights worked late. They gave us everything we requested, kept us informed on where we were and which trades would be at the house each day. These guys worked non stop. We wanted the the bath completely removed for a walk-in shower and all the walls tiled floor to ceiling and the cuts on the tiles were perfectly matched. I would hired Madison contracting again without hesitation.
