I got a good quote from Sergey of Maple Exteriors Inc through Trusted Pros website, who was able to provide me with a fair price, sample pictures of work they did and clear explanation of the materials, work involved and product/work warranty. He came when he said he would, and work was completed as agreed and without fuss in a half a day. He was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them!

Concrete pour, fence, gate, shed siding - AMAZING WORK!

Serge and his team are THE BEST. Hands down. The best contractor you will EVER HIRE. Job was fairly large: 1) Remove: a)current concrete flower bed b) shed surround tiles c) interlock brick walkway d) existing fence 2) pour 4 areas of concrete (a pad butted up against existing walkway, a pad butted up against existing walkway with flowerbed sloping, a walkway, and a shed pad surround 3) put up new 140ft fence w new poured posts 4) install chain link fence and gate 5) install aluminum barn style gate w wheels. 6) deal with ridiculously unreasonable neighbors! 7) Revitalize existing shed with siding and roofing shingles. Serge came quoted and executed the work and was always in communication by text and phone. He and his team also had to deal with one of my overbearing and unreasonable neighbors where they were not happy with my choice of fence type (even though I was paying for all of it) and Serge handled it so well even though he had to do a lot of re-work. His team is courteous, respectful of your property, and resourceful when it comes to bumps along the project (thinking outside the box, overcoming any issues). I can't express how happy I was with the final results. I would hire Serge and Maple Exteriors again without a doubt. I wish they did more types of work because I would hire them instantly. Our shed was an eyesore and I was thinking to take it down, but Serge and his team came up with an economical way to revitalize our shed and not waste it by re siding it and adding new roof shingles. Here's a guy who could have made more $ and opted to help the customer based on their needs. My flowerbed concrete change was not an easy project, but Serge understood my vision well. On time, on budget, amazing to work with!

I had some concrete railings that I wanted taken down for replacement. Sergey was recommended to me by one of the railing companies I approached. Sergey came out the next day to have a look at the project. He was the only one that did. Another company quoted me a price based on photos I sent but didn't come out. Sergey reviewed with me the work that needed to be done and how it was to be done. It was really good to get that kind of explanation. He quoted me a reasonable price and set a day for the work. He showed up early, started the work and finished early. He and Igor did a great job. They were very knowledgeable and had all the right tools with them. They removed the concrete, cleaned up the property nicely and there was no damage to the property. That was amazing since the concrete had to be dropped 8 feet to the ground. Very knowledgeable, great work ethic and just generally nice to work with. I would definitely recommend him.

Sergey did the railing on the front of our house. And what a great job he did. He is very knowledgeable, professional and fast. Definitely worth every penny. He clearly explained to us all the by-laws surrounding the requirements of railings in the front of the house, did all the measurements and provided honest opinion on what would look great on our house. The work was done on time, with no surprises or hiccups. Thank you again not only for making our house safe, but making it look good too. We are getting nothing but compliments from all our neighbours.

Had my fence done, exactly I want it to be. A lot of companies decide not to take it because of uneven surface with big trees and roots but this guys did a really good job. Thank you.
