we began our basement reno with a basic plan and like many reno's made numerous changes. Mike was extremly patient with us. Mike took the time to get to know us and was able to come up with alternatives that suited our personalities and life style. His teams attention to detail and standards is exceptional. We got the impression that he treated our home as if it was his own and nothing but the best was acceptable. Example of his standards. Mike spent an entire day installing the slate tile insuring that the patterns matched perfectly. i hope he adds some of the pictures of our basement. We think it is amazing.

I recently had a fence installation done by MB Renovations & Construction. I found the service excellent. The builders were very courteous, friendly and patient. There were some unexpected circumstances that came to light once they started digging. Although this caused extra muscle work on their part, they managed to get the job done within the timeframe they quoted. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have a fence built.

MB Renovation and Construction did an excellent job building our decks, garage, retaining wall and skirting. Cost for construction was very reasonable and the work was completed in a timely manner. Mike is honest and pleasant to have worked with and I will be using Mike in the future. Thanks again.
