Manny has done multiple projects for us, including installing insulation in our basement and repairing a malfunctioning gutter. His work is excellent, he has great communication, and he is such a polite and friendly person. I would highly recommend him to others and we will definitely be working with Manny if projects come up in the future.

We ripped out our front exterior stairs to extend our driveway and contacted MGM to build us a new set with a small landing. He worked with us to reconfigure the layout and maintain the most amount of driveway space. The new stairs with the reconfigured layout look beautiful. The work was completed on budget and within the time frame we had discussed.

Awesome service and workmanship! Manny was quick to respond for an estimate and was quick to complete the work. He was very clear in explaining how the installation would be completed, and kept me well informed during the process. He left the work space very clean. I couldn't have asked for more from this experience. I feel informed and more educated as a homeowner as well as supported that I now have a Go-To guy for any concerns I have, or upgrades I need in the future.

Awesome guy to work with. He built a privacy fence and barn style gate... good solid structure and looks great. He had some great decorating tips too. Professional work and very clean and organized. Total recommend for any household job.

The entire experience was great. The job I had was small but it did not matter to Manny. He was quick to respond and came out next day, took a look, provided a reasonable quote in comparison to others. A week later he came over and got the job done. As a customer, he worked with material that I had hassle-free. His quality in work from beginning to end and customer care was spot on! Customer satisfaction guaranteed here. I'll be calling on Manny again come Spring.
