M&M General Contracting

This is the 2nd time I have used the services of M&M General contracting. Gozalo is attentive, available and respectful of work hours. He communicates the work steps and maintains communication throughout. He is attentive to details and makes himself available when needed. I am satisfied with the result of the work done. he leaves the premises clean and tidy.

I couldn't wait to come give a review. It wasn't only a pleasure dealing with such a professional company. We had our garage built from the ground up, and the experience was amazing. From drawings to permits and payments, everything was super easy. All workers were super well-behaved. The site was constantly being cleaned, the time frame to complete it was 2 months, and they got it done in 1 month!!! The owner, Ramon, is very knowledgeable, and his advice saved us lots of money. I will definitely have M&M General Contracting here again this summer to re-do our fence and deck. It was an awesome experience, and most importantly, my wife was pleased with the service in all aspects. Definitely a company to recommend.

We are so grateful that we had the opportunity to work with Ramon and M & M general contracting. We hired M & M to improve and complete the work from a previous contractor that was horrific ( interior door installation, exterior door/storm door installation, framing/drywall/taping ) . Ramon was so honest, professional, and explained everything step by step. He did his absolute best to communicate thoroughly and to ensure that we were as pleased as possible with the finished work. He went above and beyond to find a storm door that was suitable and installed it in the freezing cold!!!! We wish we would have discovered M & M to complete the entire project from the very beginning , but we now know for next time that we will be using M & M for any new project, absolutely fantastic company and highly recommended.

Damage from Ramon’s work destroyed our basement. Had to replace a century old main beam to our home because of his work. He installed a waterproof room completely wrong. The whole space had to be removed and redone.

Unsafe electrical done by Ramon. Sewage pipes that were left cut open and stuffed with grocery bags. He leaves unsafe work behind great looking drywall.

Also they go by a few names and have a few companies.

Terrible. Stay away.

The previous owners did not properly plumb the basement shower and omitted the p-trap on our shower drain. We had to destroy the floor of a never used shower in order to correct the plumbing. Gonzalo did a great job of fixing the plumbing, adjusting for a pipe being in the way and created a solution. He was very good to make sure the finished product was very nice and not just plain white like was already there. He was always communicative and on time. After every day the space was clean and debris removed. I was very with the job and would definitely come back for my next project.

I've hired several contractors for an array of jobs in and around my home in recent years, but not many compared to Gonzalo and Lorena and their team.

I was in need of an emergency reno of a rental property that included everything from electrical, paint, remove/ replace tiles, some plumbing, and all of this with a completion time of approx., 2 weeks. Most impressive, this during the Christmas season so that my mom was able to move in by New Year's Day.

Gonzalo and his team helped with design and color schemes. They worked tirelessly to make sure my job was completed beautifully and on time. Up and down elevators with equipment and supplies, they worked through the day and when required, worked late hours to see the job through, and believe me, there were issues that required quick thinking problem solving to which Gonzalo showed a wealth of knowledge. From beginning to end, they worked through every task cleanly and efficiently. Gonzalo, you're a champion in your field and I thank you and Lorena for all your efforts.

I would refer this company to my family and friends whenever in need of a professional contractor. They truly care about your job and their reputation. Because this reno was for my mom, I will always be grateful for the work by Gonzalo and Lorena. Thank you!

I highly recommend M&M General Contracting for any jobs around the house. The company was recommended to me by a colleague of mine. Fantastic people. It is a family-owned business that takes a lot of pride in its work. The company guarantees the job and the craftsmanship, no questions asked. The crew was always on time to start the workday. The renovation was completed on time, as agreed, which was very important for my family. In the end, the house was cleaned as if there was no major renovation done—very reasonably priced and superb service. We will be hiring them for our next project in the coming spring.
