National Carpentry

NCI installed a kitchen island for me. They arrived on time, worked quickly, efficiently, and accommodated all of my requests. They cleaned up after themselves. They had the best price and I would recommend them to everyone.

We are satisfied for what National Carpentry do to our house and garage roof last year. The people are very knowledgeable and experience about the job, we really like it. It makes our roof look so nice and they can get the job done faster. The people in the company is also easy to communicate if we have question.

I have used National for several years now on different jobs required around our house. They are very professional and their craftsmanship is top notch. From building a large custom shed to replacing a couple of fence posts, they take on jobs big or small with the same fashion of expertise and courtesy. I would recommend them to anyone.

NCI has done a excellent work at United Clinic. We are extremely happy to be involved with NCI for setting up our Medical Clinic. They were very professional, on budget, on time and extremely thorough. Attention was given to small details and patient comfort was given first priority.

All works including HVAC, Plumbing, Lighting, Flooring, Wood works and Signs were done very well.

I would invite any future customer to come and have a first hand look at work done at our clinic. I would highly recommend NCI for any renovations and building jobs.

We had Neufeld's come in to our office to complete a small and detailed project of furring out a wall. They completed the work during office hours and were very professional, promt, clean and thorough in the execution of the work. We'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for carpentry work!

I went with Neufelds after calling on 4 carpenters, and having everything from; one ridiculously high quote, to another company that would not show up when they booked their appointments, to yet another that actually wanted $40.00 for their quote, (because they were going to make a 3D computer image for me - why???)!

Anyway, after sending Neufeld's an email, an office manager called me the next morning, and a day later, one of the Neufeld brothers were at my door (exactly on time) for the quote. Everything was seamless, with great communication, and a very reasonable quote. Start day /time was 100% as planned, with good materials delivery and decent clean-up afterwards. They answered all of my questions and were always available via email or cell. phone during the entire project. Plus, they worked right from day one to completion with no missed days in between. That impressed me!

The carpenter assigned was of good to average in his skills. But, he did have to be closely supervised and some workmanship required a re-do. There were always two supervisors showing up every day to speak with me on how I felt it was going. And, the Neufeld brothers always listened and sided with the customer (me) on any issues that I had.

Overall, (like many contractors out there), I would closely watch over the workmanship. But, with the Neufelds you can at least express any /all of your concerns and expect a serious & proper follow-up from the brothers.

I would probably hire them again for other work. They built me an excellent, and a very, very SOLID deck exactly to plan, plus they stayed precisely on budget... the quote was EXACTLY what I paid them in the end!

We hired the Neufeld's for a complete kitchen demo and renovation, including the removal of a wall between the kitchen and dining room. While the original employee that was hired for the job fell short in numerous ways, John and Ben have made every effort to recitfy the situation and ensure that despite the disappointing work of the employee, my husband and I are not only happy with our kitchen but also happy with the Neufeld's continued efforts to make things right. I would definitley work with them again in the future. Thanks guys.
